Marcus is the missing General of Noxus. The most likely to have become High General after Darkwill's passing had he not gone missing. However, Marcus has returned to take his place again as the Noxian Master Assassin and General that he is.

Marcus is a Marksmen/Assassin and as Marcus was the one who brought Talon to heel, he'll need a kit that lives up to his reputation. For this reason, we're going to start with his E: King of Blades.

This ability will likely be purchased before others.

Marcus' E is a toggle ability on a .5 second cooldown (still reduced by CDR). When Marcus starts the game, he has 8 floating blades revolving around him at 275 range from him. Each blade makes a full revolution within 4 seconds increased by attack speed. Blades do 5/10/15/20/25 (+0.05 AD) physical damage and slow by 20% for anyone hit by them. In addition, they block auto-attack projectiles. (It is possible for a blade to damage you again once it leaves your hitbox.) The blades also have a hitbox only 5 units wide so they can be played around as they float pommel up.

Toggling his E causes the blades to point outwards, turning their 5 unit hitbox to 125, but losing the projectile block function. Their damage is also doubled during this time. Lastly, Marcus can throw these blades as an auto attack at 500 range. Blades stick in targets (or the ground if a unit is killed with one) for use with his other abilities for 8 seconds. A new blade is formed every 2 seconds increased by attack speed.

Marcus' passive is Blade Collector: Marcus starts the game with 8 blades floating around him. He gains another at 7/13/18. His maximum count is 8+1/2/3+3+Non-consumable items in inventory. Each blade gives Marcus 1% Bonus AD. (Max 20% - 40% during ult)

Marcus' Q is: Blademancer, 700 range, 50/55/60/65/70 mana, 12/11/10/9/8 Cooldown

Marcus can blink to any blade he has out, taking it and re-adding to his floating collection. This blade will dissipate in 8 seconds. Marcus gains the buff, "Blade Dancer" for 8 seconds after picking up the blade that resets the cooldown of this ability if he kills a unit with his next attack.

Marcus' W is Blade Wall: Range; variable, 80/85/90/95/100 mana, 20/19.5/19/18.5/18 cooldown

This ability is affected by the E toggle.

If Marcus' E is pointing downward Marcus slams his blades in to the ground damaging enemies caught in the blades for 70/125/170/215/260 (+1.0 AD) and rooting them for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. This wall creates terrain according to the diameter of Marcus' E for 4 seconds, relinquishing his E passive during that time.

If they point outward Marcus sends his blades flying in the current direction around him (900 range) where they then embed in whatever they hit [dealing same damage and rooting as above] and increasing his Q range to 900 for 5 seconds. All blades launched by this ability return in 4 seconds.

Marcus' R is Bladestorm: 100 mana, 120/90/60 second cooldown. 1.5 second channel, can still move during it.

Marcus gains 40/50/60% Attack speed and +400 range (+100 vs towers). Additionally he summons a legendary compliment of blades from his past as a Master Assassin. Doubling his capacity and maxing out his count for 12 seconds. During this time his E is disabled but he is granted both effects simultaneously. When W is cast both abilities fire off and his ult ends. When attacking, two additional blades seek out targets within 400 range of the original at 50% damage each, applying on-hit effects. This does not stack with Hurricane. Champions are prioritized for the additional targets if a Champion was attacked.

His Lore isn't here as it's actually part of my series of short stories centered around Talon.
