Markus, The Vigilante
Introduction
Hello all. I was thinking about how we need a really cool technology based champion as an ADC. I also really like the idea of them being magical as well so I decided to try to do a mix concept. I used Viktor as a starting point for this concept. Please enjoy.

Champion Skills
Passive: Calibration
Markus can use the ball shaped tool he has floating beside him to calibrate his abilities to deal magic damage OR physical damage. This calibration is done at the beginning of the game and cannot be changed. Once calibrated, his abilities and his calibration tool will deal only magic damage or only physical damage.
His calibration tool (the floating ball) shoots out little lasers when he auto attacks. It deals 5 + (10% total AP/AD). On every 3rd attack, the ball shoots out a searing shot that burns for 10 + (5 per level) true damage over 3 seconds and slows the target for 10% + (1% per level) for 1 second.

Markus commands his calibration tool to shoot at the target area. The target area is indicated by a red circle just before the shot goes off. This deals 20/50/80/110/140 + (50% AP or 100% Bonus AD) physical or magic damage. This ability deals an extra 50% damage if it hits a single target only.
In addition, each auto attack reduces the cool down of this ability by 0.5 seconds while the passive third attack effect reduces the cool down by 1 second.
W: Static Charge (CD: 25/22/19/16/13) (Mana: 50) (Area of Effect: Same as Xerath's W)
Markus throws a static charged bomb at the target location. Upon landing, it discharges a static field that slows for 30% and reveals any enemy units in the area for 3 seconds. It also deals 50/75/100/125/150 + (40% AP or 50% Bonus AD) magic or physical damage. Does not reveal stealth.
E: Blink (CD: 25/23/21/19/17) (Mana: 70) (Range: 400) (Number of Charges: 2)
Being skilled in teleportation magic, Markus can blink out of existence becoming untargetable and appear at a nearby location. This ability can contain up to two charges. Each charge is renewed based on the cool down listed above, but if both charges are used, the cool down is doubled. Each charge costs mana to use.
R: Vigilante's Resolve (CD: 80) (Mana: 100) (Duration: 7/8/9 seconds)
Markus summons forth 3 other calibration tools with 2 in either side of him. They all deal the same damage indicated on the passive for a total of 20 + (40% AP/ 40% Total AD) and can all trigger the third attack effect. This does stack up to four times for a total of 40 + (20 per level) true damage over 3 seconds WHILE Vigilante's Resolve is active.
While this is active, Markus gains 20/30/40 base move speed and 20/30/40% attack speed.
Author's Notes
I intended this champion to be capable of being an APC or ADC depending on how you calibrate him at the start of the game. His kit is made for kiting and extreme mobility. He is intended to be an attack speed based champion and therefore more of a sustained damage dealer rather than a burst damage dealer.
