no really why? didn't she just get a heartseeker skin not to long ago? there are some champs that have not gotten a new skin since 2012 why cant we give one of them a new skin? and after she gets this skin, she will have 7
Heart Seeker Ashe came out last year at valentines bust she only has 4 or 5 available skins at this time. If you clcik on champions and sort by release date she is champion #22 which makes her very old so will most likely have more skins made for her.
As has also been pointed out several times some champions are harder to make skins for than others, Zac being the prime example without just doing a re color.
more money more money. and it might be a precursor to ashe buffs. Usually skins indicates nerfs or buffs of said champ.
Because if you're going to play an underpowered ADC, then at least look good doing it :D
On a more serious note, she is really old, so obviously she is going to have a lot of skins lol.

Ashe is getting another skin because they came up with a concept and it happened to go nicely on Ashe. Skins apparently take a fair amount of time to produce, and there are an awful lot of champions that "need" skins. Given enough time, there will eventually be skins for your favorites.
