no really why? didn't she just get a heartseeker skin not to long ago? there are some champs that have not gotten a new skin since 2012 why cant we give one of them a new skin? and after she gets this skin, she will have 7
EvilScotsman19743 votesHeart Seeker Ashe came out last year at valentines bust she only has 4 or 5 available skins at this time. If you clcik on champions and sort by release date she is champion #22 which makes her very old so will most likely have more skins made for her.
As has also been pointed out several times some champions are harder to make skins for than others, Zac being the prime example without just doing a re color.

On the side note, EVERY SKIN IS A RECOLOR, because the color scheme is changed.

By my definition, I'd still call Special Weapon Zac a recolor, even though he has some different particles and sounds. The base model is still essentially the same, just with a few spiky tendrils instead of the one long antenna-like one.

Sona is an exception to this policy, though. They want her in a balanced state by the time DJ Sona is released, so they don't have to alter her afterward.
SpongebobIsLife1 votesmmmm ive noticed a general pattern with their skin releases. Varus, the next coming skin, is receiving a buff next patch. Annie, just received a buff/nerf. Kat and Nidalee will likely will mostly be receiving adjustments around the time their skins come out, but ive just noticed a general trend with skin releases. There are obviously a few exceptions but for the most part, there are buffs prior to or soon after the champions skill release.

GaleWinUnleashed1 votesAshe is getting another skin because they came up with a concept and it happened to go nicely on Ashe. Skins apparently take a fair amount of time to produce, and there are an awful lot of champions that "need" skins. Given enough time, there will eventually be skins for your favorites.
