I also prefer F.
My opinion on you just changed.
You've hurt me deep.

I also prefer F.
F is for flash - at least that's been the case since I've started. Not that it matters what button it is on, but I can't help but wonder a little when its on D.
Why would it annoy you? Does it annoy you when people write with their left hand?
Perhaps cause F for flash? I mean it's kinda how I look at it.
Y'know, I kinda wonder how -handedness plays in. My leftie friend has it on D. I have it on F as a rightie. I'd take a wager the percentages are only slightly above the percentages of lefties. Need a poll!

I'm lefty and mine is on F.
Lefty here, Flash is always on D.
F is for Flash while D is for Don't put flash here.
I keep it on D, because it's easier to slide my finger that way quickly if it was on my ult, whereas with ignite I have to think about clicking a target for the split second it matters anyway.
I typically put my flash on D... I know, F "stands for flash", but how about F is for... fire(ignite)?
F for f*** i'm gone
D for darn it, you're gonna die one way or another
My flash is on D, I only flash to give my enemy the D or to prevent them from giving me the D
Real talk: I think that just happened to be what it was assigned to i first learned to use it
F is for Flash, D is for Dance
I use it on D because I want it closest to the finger.
D for lyfe

My fingers are ridiculously long for a normal human being so I place flash on D, too many times has the length of my fingers caused me to accidentally put too much pressure on F and flash at spawn, so I use D for my instant abilities and F for the ones that do not go off without a target. This is because I play with: Pinky on Q Ring on W The bird on E Index on F It is the most efficient way I found and I'm just used to it, because I have seriously done that whole flash/ghost/heal by inadvertently applying too much pressure on the index finger more times than I care to admit, I think most of us have.
Quick Edit: The picture was because I felt like it, yes that is my actual hand, my friends constantly call me things like "slender fingers" and just say the length is "downright creepy" I avoid other human beings like the plague though so maybe i'm making a bit of a fuss over nothin :P
Secondary edit: The picture didn't show quite well enough I think but the bottom of my hand was on my Jaw on that pic and my fingers were grasping the top of my head. Too much you might say? NOT ENOUGH I REPLY!
This is actually a cool idea I've not considered before, moving index to F instead of R. I'll have to try this out.
Just be sure that you do not have instantaneous spells on F before you do, because you will burn those by accident a few times before you are used to it. Lemme know how it goes :D
You sound like a potato... "flash at spawn"...
I... Am not entirely sure how to take that, I've never been called a potato before... Huh... Because of Protatomonster though I am going to take that as a compliment
I'M A POTATO MUTHAFUCKAS!
I prefer flash on F myself but who cares what they have it as.
I have it set to a random button that I never use. I have the hotkey on my mouse.
Actually, it changes a lot for me
When I take ignite, ill put it on D, because it is closer to my fingers. When I don't have ignite, I put flash on D and the other spell on F
F, I main jungle smite goes on D
F is for flash!
Flash on Q obviously, with Ignite on E.
I put it on [D].
It's something that my brain doesn't like when the combat spell is harder to press than the utility spell.
It's like when the abilities on a champion are placed poorly. It's why I will not enjoy the new champion. Seriously, why put the burrow skill as [W]? It should be [E], goddammit.
Rebind the keys when you play her. No biggie
Wouldn't I have to change it back whenever I don't play her?
Yes, but you won't ever forget to change it back after your first death.
I have my summoner spells on T and G... (What are those keys supposed to be for anyways?)
I put my flash on T. On the left side!!!! GO FLASH LEFTIES!!!!
(Putting it on T made me flash before I recasted my ult as Riven, and it was the most embarassing moment ever...)
F is for FLASH. D is for EVERYTHING ELSE.
/End
Personal preference to put it on D and once you've built up the habit, why change it?
I look at it like this: F is for "Fight" and D is for "Defend." This only works for me because I tend to play with
,
, or
alongside
. This also excludes my matches as jungler where it's obviously
.
To me, Flash is inherently defensive. Sure, you can flash forward to chase down an enemy or initiate, but mostly it's a last chance effort to dodge an enemy attack or to reposition in a teamfight, hence my placement for it on D.
Exhaust, Ignite, Teleport, and Smite, on the other hand, are all inherently offensive in nature. Again, Exhaust and TP can be used to aid in escape or (in Exhaust's case) to peel, and even Smite can be slightly useful as a peel option now with the new jungle item. However, Exhaust is primarily used in trades and teamfights to gain an advantage; Teleport is used to split push or secure objectives; and I can't think of a single defensive application for Ignite whatsoever.
D... most mobility spelsl of champions are on E, and D is just under it, so u have easy acces to both... faster double jumps without risk of pressing R when your hands and fingers are big bigger than usual people.. u are already used to E for jumps... D is Es friend...
and F as big F***YOU button... when someone wants to run away and u burn him, or u steal their drake/baron... :D
D for die(Ignite/Smite/Exhaust/etc.), F for Flash.
this should be a poll ù__ù
F for me, btw
EDIT: the reason I use flash on F is because when I was learning to play, F was easier for me to press then D (I still have trouble with some numbers for item actives, e.g. 3 and 6-7)
Try binding 7 and 6 to c keys towards a more accesable part of your band. I have then on v and c.
Flash on F, because you use your index finger less than the other 3 in League, leaving the others free to do things WHILE you flash.
Nah, my index finger rests on E, and also handles ults and both summoner spells.
Flash goes on D, because D stands for "Duh, of course that's where Flash goes"
My flash is on F in case I misclick when I go to mark Dragon and never actually open the chat.
flash on D because i ping alot(G) so dont wanna misclick
F is for Flash, D is for Destroy (smite, exhaust, Ignite)
Depends on me.
Flash goes to D if the spells are:
{{summoner:2}}
{{summoner:17}}

Flash goes to F if the spells are:

I do that becouse when I was level one I put the spells that I needed to use very fast in F to press that button as fast as I could becouse it was the botton I reacted better. After that I got used to the way I played.
f for flash d for damage
