I was playing cass today and I was winning lane against a zed. After I killed him the first time he said "nice play". A couple minutes later he ulted me and I ulted his face then I killed him. He instantly accused me of scripting because he was plat and he was better then me. Eventually his team started to believe it because I was something like 19-9-8 with cass. he was asking me what tear I was and stuff and all that crap because he said he was much better then me. Being the jackass I was I said cardboard I (im actually unranked), and he didn't like answer I gave him so he told me I was going to get reported for scripting. when I died a couple of times he said "turned off that script I see". after awhile it just gets annoying. I just find it hard to believe I cant play my favorite champ just because im too scared of assholes like him that will report me for "scripting" this is not the first time this has happened to me either.

Note: Im definitely not a great Cassiopeia but she is the only champion I play consistently along with swain.

If the reports aren't real they won't count against you (and if a player's reaction to losing lane is to instantly bm you and accuse you of scripting you could probably report back).

You also forget to mention that as soon as the report is sent punishments are immediately given out. Whether or not you're innocent.

There also is not some dude going "you were reported therefore you are bad". If the reports are once in a while ones despite being positive the report weight of the false reporter will go down, and if they are often enough you might get chat restricted (though I'm pretty sure the system checks for common toxic words, and if it cannot find any has a human review it to see if there is actual toxicity. So you know, just don't be toxic and you're fine).

Further, scripting is different from toxicity. Before you are banned for scripting, Riot will manually check your account to see if it's true. Once they verify that it's not, you're good.

Sometimes players can get frustrated and look to blame the situation on things besides 'having a bad game' or 'getting outplayed'. My recommendation in situations like this is focus on your play and utilize the mute button. Based on your description it sounds like you were having a stellar game and even if you're unranked, bronze, diamond etc. everyone has the ability to make great plays.

Everyone also has the ability to have a bad game or go on tilt. If you're on the receiving end consider honoring your enemies for a match well-played instead. If you're outplayed, think of how you could handle the situation better next time. How can you use their style against them?

If you suspect there may be actual scripting or foul play involved submit a support ticket. If there is, the awesome crew in Player Support will get to the bottom of it.

We do need a "Report for Scripting" option. Dominion is dominated by botting accounts.

I'm not sure if this is your area or not but why can't players report others in game for suspicious activity? It would probably help much more than people manually filling out tickets. Well to be honest most people wouldn't even waste their time (doing it manually), so the abuser continues to abuse. At least when ever I have tried to report people in game for using various hacks there was never an option. I can only think of 1 reason and that would be salty players reporting just because he / she is mad. Though they likely already do that with many other options, so I still don't understand why this has never been an option.

Zed mains and Lee Sin mains rival for the biggest jack asses in league of legends I'm pretty sure.

They use their champions abilities then go, "LOL juked" like they did some amazing play rather than just... you know... using their abilities.

My first game as zed I went 11/0. I managed to juke shit and not die by smashing my face into my keyboard. IMO his difficulty level needs to be dropped to five.

However, lee sin players have at least some skill, since there are a multitude of ways you can combo his skills fo dem LCSBIGPLAYS.

(Not sure but I think that difficulty level is automatically calculated based on win/loss ratios. Could be wrong though.)

I get it 24/7 as a Kat player. Just shrug it off. Over 2k Kat games and never been banned for false reports. Main reason I get it is because of my speed for dfg/comboing or against lbs for holding shunpu waiting for them to q/w so I can dodge it instantly.

Don't let it get to you ignore and let it go. They look into this stuff and can tell when people aren't scripting. They know what real scripts look like.

Basically, he is used to Zed being a supposedly uncounterable lane god, so not automatically crushing you made him mad. Admitting you were cardboard rank probably made him that much angrier because he felt insulted that he was outplayed by a lowly no ranker. He then logically was forced to assume that since he never makes mistakes and rank defines everything, that you must be a hacker taking advantage of bugs that let your ult stun people (even though anyone who has seen a Cass before knows how that works).

Lol, typical zed main. Sorry that you had to deal with that. Last time I kicked the shit out of a zed, in lane with Talon, the guy spent the last 20 mins of the game complaining about how talon counters zed and how he always gets countered in blinds. When you are playing arguably the strongest mid-laner in the game atm, what right do you have to complain at all?

the "report" system just needs to go away. I breeds toxic behavior. People worry about trolls if the report system is gone. they are still there anyway. get rid of the report system and have a auto monitor system its not that hard to program.

Typically those raging losers blame their team instead he thought he was being wronged by a cheater and he may have very well been for all we know. If not then it sucks that these scripts . hacks exist in the game especially since riot has no clue how to stop it. Though like most games you can only keep up so fast. There's always going to be some exploit be it an old one or new one created after the old ones are purged.

Except you can't prove or disprove someone is scripting can you? I thought that aspect took place on your own computer, if so then any person with good reflexes could be reported for scripting simply on the fact that they have a good connection and the twitch reflexes to outplay.

I've reported a Cass for scripting before, mostly because she did things that require too good a reaction time like perfectly kiting, perfect animation canceling, and stunning a Diana mid-dash (not at the end of the dash, mid-dash) while still making terrible decisions and being totally unable to dodge skillshots. I was playing Gragas and it's not like my Q is particularly hard to dodge but I landed 90% of the ones I threw at her I probably would have assumed that she was a smurf if not for the giant disparity between her mechanics and her decision making

You know it is not hard to master Cass if you played her over 300 games unlike Lee Sin who is a more of a difficult champ to master even after 500 games. Have you ever played Cass before like for 200 games at least? if not what gives you the right to report someone by guesswork rather than an actual experience with the champ?

Decision making and position is the most difficult thing with Cass and perfect kiting or animation canceling is much easier. Do you know perfect animation cancelling is possible with smart cast and if you put enough effort to master it, then you would know. Watch challenger games, you will know it is possible.

The problem being is that the cass was gold 5, not challenger. A gold 5 with challenger mechanics, but low silver level decision and positioning skills is too suspicious to not report.

Besides if they aren't scripting, then nothing will happen because of it

i just got permabanned for scripting and i run absolutely no third party programs no even a replay programs or even curse for that matter and yet was handed a scripting permaban so honestly i have not the slightest clue as to how they view scripters and/or reports im silver 5 with a poor W/L ,KDR ratio..

Are you sure the ban was for scripting? Did they notify you as that was the reason?

they initially didn't tell me had to submit a report ticket but yes they CONFIRMED it was SCRIPTING pretty upset about that been playing since season 2 and dumped quite a bit of money into skins
