Tracer, Agent of Overwatch (Blizzard Crossover)

Before you scream "LAWSUIT!", HEAR ME OUT.

My thought to this is that Riot and Blizzard could cut a deal where LoL gets one of Overwatch's heroes, while Overwatch gets a LoL Champion as a guest appearance. It comes out to a trade rather than copyright infringement (AFAIK).

But enough legal jibber-jabber, let's get to the Champion Concept!

General Concept

Tracer is a short-ranged marksman (500 attack range) who excels at high-speed maneuvers, long-term DPS, and countering assassination attempts. With a multi-dash mechanic and an ultimate that can nullify a burst-assassination attempt, Tracer is tricky to kill. Compared to other short-range marksmen like Lucian, Sivir or Graves, she doesn't have as much burst damage, but is better at long-term damage thanks to her passive.

Only one of Tracer's abilities is meant to deal damage, while the rest of her kit is devoted to self-preservation and maneuverability. Unless you can lock down Tracer, trying to pin her down is almost impossible if she's in skilled hands. However, due to her lower range, she has to take risks to get into the fight, meaning you'll need that trickery to stay alive or for someone to peel or protect you while you mow down the enemy.

Statistics (in-development)

Abilities (EXPECT CHANGES)

P - Pulse Pistols

Attacking enemy Champions increases Tracer's attack speed by X% for 3 seconds. This stacks up to 5 times. At 5 stacks, Tracer's attacks also deal bonus magic damage on-hit.

Q - Pulse Bomb

Tracer throws a Pulse Bomb in target direction that either lands on the ground at maximum range or sticks to the first enemy it hits. One second after landing or sticking, the Pulse Bomb explodes, dealing physical damage in a small area. If it sticks to an enemy, the stuck enemy takes bonus damage.

W - Chronal Accelerator

Passive: If Tracer has not taken damage for several seconds, she receives a shield that absorbs up to 20+(10*level) damage.

Active: Tracer warps back in time to where she was 2 seconds ago, resetting her position. Does not affect her health, mana, cooldowns, etc. Higher levels reduce the cooldown.

E - Blink

Tracer warps a very short distance in target direction (250 range). Each warp uses a Blink Charge; Tracer can store up to 3 at a time, and replenishes them over time (12/11/10/9/8 second recharge time; reduced by CDR). Kills and assists grant Blink Charges. 0.5/0.4/0.3/0.2/0.1 second static cooldown.

R - Chronophase

Upon activation, Tracer is Phased. After 2 seconds, Tracer undoes half of any damage she takes while Phased, unless she is killed. Chronophase can be activated while stunned, silenced, or otherwise incapacitated.

Could definitely use some feedback/suggestions/etc. regarding this "cameo" concept. ;)

Her ultimate should be changed, why is this? It's because she is an adc it seems correct? She ISN'T supposed to take damage, making this skill practically useless.
