Give Twitch A 1350 Skin

I, as a rat main, have wanted a high quality skin for a long time coming now. And it seems like nobody every backed me up (other than fellow rats) because he was so off-meta. Now that he is a somewhat popular champ I was hoping Riot could actually make him something good. You will make money from all the metahuggers now!

As much as I like his current skins, and as much as I love the new splash arts, it just isn't cutting it. Twitch has had green everything for 6 years. Twitch has had no difference in color palette for the lifespan of a kindergardener. And while some skins do give some small things (Gangster sound effects, Vandal pellets, SSW recall, etc.) He only has 2 skins which are on the market daily. And one of these unavailable skins is BEYOND unavailable. You can't get it in the store, you can't get in in Hextech crafting, you can't get in "Your Shop", you can't get it. Period.

And it really seems like you guys are passing up on some opportunities to make some skins that could really work, and are giving them to champs that already have plenty of good skins. Namely Heartseeker Lucian and Quinn. Coulda had Heartbreaker. Poison stacks as small hearts, and if you E then the hearts break. Throwing a love potion as his W. Some fancy red arrows for his autos woulda been nice. But you gave it to two champs that already have a 'significant' skin (Lucian - PROJECT and Hired Gun, Quinn - Woad Scout)
