People have posted Lulu! updates before, but I will post what they haven't bothered to suggest

Voice lines.

Yes, yes, her head looks like Hey Arnold, and her idle stance is a bit wonky even though her animations are awesome. Her walking animation is cute, and her "running" animation is the best in the game. He lines for W and R are fine, but she still has a small amount of voice lines. Riot can do better. We can do better. And I have compiled a list of lines (including some and ditching others because not all of her lines are AMG KEEP THEM).

Overall aim: Lulu!'s personality, from what I have gathered, theorized, and contemplated is in theory fractured. She walks the line between high optimism and extreme reaction formation (i.e. acting contrary to true feelings). She lives in a world that shuns her. Why is she shunned? Because she pulled a Rip Van Winkle League-style for hundreds of years. And it's entirely her own fault. The reason she has lost everything she held dear is because of her own carelessness. That is enough to drive anyone to the point of insanity. Now mix in her own personality with the influence of Pix (who I am not exactly convinced is her "friend" in the true sense of the word, like Garen and J4), and you get someone hiding her deep depression though magical games, some of which are harmful to the players. It matches the fantasy of a whimsical sprite who will just as easily hurt as help people. My goal is to preserve some of the happier lines while adding some darker undertones to ones that need them ("You'll see more with your eyes closed" is probably the best line she has.)

"Nosey dewdrop..." (in the jungle): "Where's all the magic?" (facechecking a dark bush): "What's in here?!" (Entering a lane with a single ally): "Are we going to play a game?" We need purple here, some yellow there...oh just blast 'em."

"A blast...from the past! giggle snort" (deal less than 10% of the target's max health on attack/spell): "Oh darn, not enough purple to play..." (deal more than 50% of the target's current health on attack/spell): "Let's have some more fun!!" (enemy can hear this line)

Unit kills: (normal minion kill): "Just a pinch of yellow..." (Champion kill): "But I wanna play moooore." (Champion kill): "Zoom, zoom, zoom." (Champion kill while carrying support items): "Wow, you do realize I'm not supposed to get those, right?" (allies can hear this line. Also global) (Dragon kill with Dragon Tamer Skin): "Another one for the collection." (5th dragon kill with Dragon Tamer Skin): "Time to take on the Elite 5!" (baron kill): "No!!!! Why we kill purple?! T_T (baron kill): "Purple beyond purple shall grant me peace. Now let's go wreck their base!"

Tagging an enemy champion with Q: "PURPLE! snort (enemy can hear this line) "Double trouble."

First auto on a target slowed by Q (only if Q does not proc a voice line). Only procs if her innate also hits them: "puuuuurrrrppple!!" "Go get 'em, Pix!"

Pix's bolts blocked by creeps: "I'm not aiming for you, knuckletulip." "Can't you aim ABOVE them?" "Magical bullets blocked by a minion. Ezreal's weakest spell pierces everything. Makes total sense." "Pix, take some gold and buy a Best Friend Sword. You need it." "Out of the way!"
