Tui and La, The Servants of the Moon
EDIT: Keep in mind, this doesn't actually have to be "Servants of the Moon," nor would the abilities probably be exactly the same in-game, as with all champion ideas. They don't have to be black and white, they don't have to be star spirits, so they don't have to represent Kindred. Like I said, Tui and La is what its based off of, but it doesn't need nor would it probably be it.
NOTE: I'm terrible at putting together damage, defense, and unit(distance) numbers, so anything that seems overpowered or under-powered or just strange, please point out to me and don't harass me for it. Also, I need a name idea due to copyright purposes as I think problems would arise with Nickelodeon if they kept the names.
I'll use brackets as my own notes and not actually in the descriptions, if they were ever used, and parenthesis as in the actual description.
And yes, Lee Sin is affected by the ultimate.
Tui and La, inspired by the series Avatar: The Last Airbender's Moon and Ocean spirits, are two entities that work as one to create control and balance for their team. However, they will not be spirits but merely servants of the Moon, such as Diana is. Tui is the light(white) side, and La is the dark.
They focus upon tankiness and mana to keep in the fight and disrupt the enemy as much as they can.
"Servants of the Moon" Passive - Tui and La are two separate entities, both with the same stats but different affects from abilities. Killing one side will kill the other and award a single kill[not two for taking out both entities]. They may only travel apart a distance of 1500 units away from eachother, indicated by a line that passes as far as it can between them that allies and enemies cannot see. They both have the same mana pool, and using mana will take the mana from both of them[basically meaning they have the same pool and there is no difference]. Their health bars however drain separately, and rather than one health bar, you have two side-by-side[as in the picture below[Obviously less mashed into place, but I suck at photoshop so deal with it]].
To control Tui, you will simply move as you usually would. To control La, you must hold CTRL and move them around. If one starts to go out of range, the other will automatically follow them from the maximum distance.
Flashing with one out of range will teleport the to the farthest point in range, and then move as normally. If one teleports, the other will be immobilized as well and both will land wherever they teleported, 100 units apart as if they canceled Full Moon. If they ghost, both get the boost.

Enemies, though impaired by the constant pushing and pulling and slow, can move aside or dash out from the tether to leave the CC.
[Lore Description] Tui and La use the moon's gravitational abilities to push and pull their enemies between them.
[Mana] 10/20/30/40/50 per second, toggled 2 second cooldown

Can be cast a second time to end the effect. When split apart, Tui and La are set 100 units away from eachother in a random direction, but will not hop over a wall to do so. Tui and La(as one) gain 10/20/30/40/50 bonus armor and magic resist, 100/150/200/250/300 health, 40% bonus movement speed, and 30% tenacity for the duration.
[Lore Description] Tui and La merge into one, granting increased durability, speed, and tenacity.
[Mana] 150 on cast 25 second cooldown after the effect

Beams of light will shine down on the areas affected, indicating their positions better to allies and enemies.
[Lore Description] Tui and La call upon their brothers and sisters in the sky to give them knowledge of the battlefield.
[Mana] 50 20 second cooldown
https://sp.yimg.com/xj/th?id=OIP.Mbc0d26a3dee65550a92612ef473650aeH0&pid=15.1&P=0&w=239&h=170 "Moonlight" R - Tui and La create a large light in a circular area from the reflection of the moon between them that constantly moves and forms with their placement, obscuring enemy vision in the area with a constantly changing fog-like vision(moving white with bits of slight transparency allowing for random vision on their screen) for 3/4/5 seconds. Enemies that leave the area are unaffected after, but if they go back in they will again take on the blinding light. Enemies that are in the area after the end will have a less powerful affect(more transparency) for another 1/2/3 seconds.
Enemies already blinded by Quinn's "Blinding Assault"(or other such blinds, such as Rek'sai's self-induced Burrow) will not have their small area of vision obscured.
Abilities giving vision to your enemies will show the target's position, but not their champion bars(health, mana, level, etc.)[they will see as if shown by a red trinket, but black figures rather than red]. They may be targeted by point-and-click abilities but if they try to click on them without any use, their champion portrait will not appear[showing champion stats such as AS, AD, Health, etc. in the upper-left corner]. If they come into the transparent parts of the fogged vision, whoever has them in their vision will see their champion bars[though not their allies].
After gaining the first level of "Moonlight" a circle indicating where the blind would affect will appear around them to Tui and La[but not allies or enemies]. A large beam of light will shine down for allies, indicating the area of effect.
[Lore Description] Tui and La call upon the moon to shed its light, blinding enemies in the area. All enemies still in the area after the light ends will take a moment to adjust their eyes before having their vision restored.
[Mana] 200 on cast 150 second cooldown
[Lore]
Tui and La are stars sent down in a physical form related to her sister's creatures, fish, by the moon to do her bidding, unbeknownst to the inhabitants of Runeterra, only coming out of the rays of the moon to complete a task, and only an urban legend unbelieved by most. After all, what would the moon want to do?
Tui and La are most commonly sent down as messengers from the moon to only the wisest or most devout of her followers, such as Diana, or cleaners of the ocean, disposing of any who threaten it.
After seeing Mount Targon and the Sun Worshiper's most devout follower and religious extremist, Leona, as well as her faithful servant Diana join the Institute of War, she sent down her servants to assist her in its battles whilst they remain unneeded elsewhere.

Proficient Items/Builds:
Two entities proccing BotRK means a lot of hits. The active doesn't help with catching up either, as it boosts both Tui and La.
Both Tui and La proc the Black Cleaver with their AA's, letting them stack it fast while also adding to their damage, tankiness, and stickyness.
Lets them and their team charge into battle and works well with "Full Moon," letting them initiate quickly while giving them tankiness and extra mana.
/
Tui and La can easily stack this item with their Q use as well as AA'ing, letting them gain mana for more Q usage, as well as giving AD for more damage on AA's and when upgraded to Muramana, can upgrade AA damage even further with the active toggle.
Lets them build up speed to synergize with "Full Moon" and other movespeed granting items, like Righteous Glory or BotRK active, letting them engage easily. It also gives them both the chance to proc its active, giving them good damage and can slow the enemy.
Allows them both to dodge a CC when the passive is activated, and let them stick easier with their "Push and Pull" while also making them tankier with the MR and health.
These boots add to Tui and La's "Full Moon" tenacity, allowing them to charge into battle and ignore more CC from the enemy while also making them tanker with the magic resist.
These boots add a lot of movespeed to both Tui and La, plus slow resistances to stack with their "Full Moon" tenacity and let them stick on targets with their "Push and Pull" easier.
Works well with:
Twi and La can hold her targets in place for an easy Q-R engage, and Diana can pull them back into the radius of "Push and Pull" if they try to escape.
Tui and La can keep enemies in one place, allowing for Azir to land easy soldier hits. Azir can also ult enemies back into "Push and Pull" or slow them after they escape with Q to allow Tui and La to get the enemy back into the tether effect.
Amumu can use his ult to give Tui and La a perfect chance to merge with "Full Moon" and use their ultimate to blind all enemies around them.
Is countered by:
Rek'sai's burrow allows for her allies to see the positions of allies even in Tui and La's ultimate if her allies are moving, as well as her Q allows for a basic idea of where somebody is even if they aren't moving. She can also lock down and kill Tui or La easily with her burrow and their lack of mobility.
While Twi and La's ultimate can blind enemies, it cannot blind Heimerdinger's turrets, allowing for them to continue to shoot at allies, and give enemies an idea of where an ally is due to the turret's yellow bullets. Twi and La's Q is also ineffective as it cannot stop his turrets from shooting, and Heimerdinger can easily use Zhonya's Hourglass active to put himself in stasis and let his turrets widdle Twi and La and their allies down if they try to wait for his stasis to end.
Even though Twi and La can push and pull Kalista, she can easily use her passive to dash out of it and slow Twi or La, or both with Runaan's Hurricane, by using her Rend on them, and with effective kiting can also run from Twi and La merged with "Full Moon" even with their movement speed buff.
is already in the game
