Very unlikely, although there is a possibility of her being a legacy skin.

Riot doesn't make legacy skins anymore. The last ones were over a year ago.

The last limited skin was Championship Riven but Riot has learned from the past, hence Championship Thresh is not limited, just an event skin that will comeback every year.

Ravenborn LeBlanc is a normal skin.

I meant is not *limited. Also, by legacy people normally mean skins like Muse Sona and Nightmare Cho'gath, that come back everytime Riot opens the vault.

Championship Thresh, Ice Toboggan Corki, Pirate Ryze, etc. are all event skins, that might come back whenever the event happens again.

championship riven is coming back in 2016 they rerelease limited edition skins after 4 years fun fact :D

Riot doesn't make LIMITED editions anymore, they ALWAYS make legacy. Get it right :)
