Havok - The sonic brawler
Got bored, decided to copy/paste my old champion idea from the old forum before we migrated to the boards. Any ideas or criticism is great ty.
Havok's kit is set up to be an in your face gtfoff me champ. What he lack in gap closers and escape he makes up in his raw ability to stick to someone.
Havok shifts between high and low frequencies, changing the color and shape of havok depending on said frequency.
Q-Shattered. Havok lets out an ear piercing blast of sound in a small cone in front of him (Think talon rake or morde E) The target takes magic damage and is slowed. However, if the target has a shield on them at the time of shatter, the target is stunned and the shield is ignored. (basically like having a morgana shield put on you and you get hit by an adc. It stops none of the damage)
W- Frequency shift. Havok alternates between a high and low frequency dealing bonus true damage base on the targets armor or magic resist. The amount scales per level of skill 10/15/20/25/30% of the targets armor and mr and has a cooldown between shifts. High- Havok deals bonus true damage to the target based on his/her armor and gains 20/25/30/40/45 movement speed while in this frequency. Low- Havok deals bonus true damage to the target based on his/her magic resist. While in this frequency all auto attacks slow for 12/14/16/18/20% This skill is automatically Given at level 1. and can be level 6. At level 1 no bonus stats are given. When switching to another frequency all buffs from previous frequency are lost until reactivated.
E- Resonate. Havok slams his hands together to create a shockwave around him knocking enemies away from him or to him depending on frequency he has set dealing magic damage. High- Enemies are knocked away from him dealing physical damage that scales with AP Low- Enemies are knocked towards him dealing magic damage that scales with AP
R- Sonic Boom. Havok unleashes a large concussive dome in a circular aoe around him.(The indicator will show an internal circle closer to havoc, much like a darius Q) Enemies farther out take 80% of the damage while enemies inside the circle take 100% and take an additional 25% of the damage dealt as true damage over time. (Would be a nice effect to add a debuff called perforation and have their sound turn into a ring, like ringing in the ears. I mean if nocturnes ult can dim your screen, why not?)
as for passives I have 2 in mind.
Amped- turns 20% of ap into mr or armor depending on frequency.
Distortion drive- Upon receiving damage from an enemy skill Havok gains 150 attack range on his auto attacks and bonus range on skills.
