[Legendary Skin] Witch Hunter/Inquisitor Gangplank

How has this not happened yet? I know for a FACT that it has been suggested numerous times...

Sword and handgun become Power Sword and Inferno Pistol

Hat and longcoat remain

• Passive - Burning heretics/mutants/xenos/rebels is what Witch Hunters are all about, really, so it fits perfectly
• Parley - Shoot the heretic with said Inferno Pistol, exactly what it says on the tin
• Remove Scurvy - Calls upon a holy relic of the Emperor or a purity seal or something similar to REPEL BLASPHEMY and heal the inquisitor
• Cask - This one is the only stretch... Could be remote mines or something similar. These certainly exist in WH but the Inquisition doesnt really use it
• Cannon Barrage - Call down EXTERMINATUS on the enemies of the Imperium!!!!!!!
