Eaton - The Blessed Lighting

I was browsing through League of Legends champions and noticed a lack of electric type champions. There is Kennen... and that is it. I know Volibear is supposed to be the Thunder God, but his kit, in its current state, does not reflect a thunder god. It's just a bear that happens to have lighting or something coming out of his claws every so often. The idea for this champ was to have a champion based solely around his manipulation of lighting, or electricity.

Champion Thoughts Eaton would be a short range champion that excels in being in the middle of the fight. He has melee auto attacks that are a little longer than normal - think something like Rakan - that would account for his electric arms. Riot also never in depth discussed the lore on magic in Runeterra, other than the retconned version of rune magic. Eaton feeds off of the energy given off by magic in order to enhance his own lighting based magic abilities. I suggest the reason for this is that magic is electrifying.

Champion Abilities Passive: Super Charged: Eaton gains a charge every time a spell is cast in his vicinity. After reaching max charges, Eaton's next non-ultimate spell increases in damage and has an additional effect.

Q: Lighting Strike: After a brief delay, a lighting bolt strikes in a small circular targeted area. A very small explosion after-effect damages those around the original target. Q Super Charge: The explosion after the lighting bolt increases in area and damage.

W: Energized Ground: Eaton charges for up to three seconds. During this time a circular radius appears around him growing in size. If Eaton discharges early, damage is done in the circle based on how long he has charged. If Eaton has charged the ability for the full three seconds, an area is left behind on the ground that damages enemies that walk through it, and increases his movement speed and attack speed while in it. W Super Charge: Enemies that stay in the circular area for more than a few seconds are briefly stunned.

E: Conduit: Eaton becomes briefly untargetable, blinking to the enemy clicked on. Eaton, while remaining untargetable, blinks to the closest enemy champion in a small radius around the original target, dealing damage based on how close the enemy is to the original target. If there is no enemy within the radius around the original target, then Eaton appears behind the original target. E Super Charge: The original target becomes briefly stunned.

R: Aspect of Lighting: This is a semi-global ability. Eaton charges for a few seconds. Eaton then appears in a targeted location dealing a massive amount of damage in a circular area that expands upon impact.

Way To Play Eaton is supposed to be a frontline mage, Galio, that excels in disrupting grouped enemy teams. Supposed to build damage and some survivability to get the most out of playing Eaton.
