How about a Steve Irwin Champion?
Not steve per say, but like a wild life person. A jungler who is given various choices from the animal kingdom of Runeterra. He chooses one per game, giving him various options, and while he jungles, he raises that animal and late game it becomes the animal that is the champion and no longer the person. He is sort of like Steve and goes around Runeterra documenting all creatures and stuff. Take the protectors from little legends for example. We know what the white protector looks like as an adult.
As the champion levels the animal becomes fully formed. Such as this protector. It dives into League Lore, It offers an amazing champion, and the profits from this champion can go to animal sanctuaries and relief funds and such like Steve would have wanted.
