Rhaast/Kayns passive mechanic would make a good concept for an Udyr rework

Udyrs been such a stale champion for so long.... and this passive on the new champ just seems like it could fit perfectly. Collect the souls of your jungle camps to tansform udyr into the different animal forms which gives him new abilities.
