zed feels like shit right now

I only have zed to rank 4 right now so while I am not the most experienced zed player it feels like after the pre season update and the item and lethality changes I can't do hardly anything to squishies that buy even a little bit of armor. I now have to hit these carries with all of my damage possible with tripple Qs and well... that's hard to do. I've been running ghost/duskblade but i don't know the ghost blade just feels so meh. When I finish duskblade I can feel a nice damage spike but when I get ghost blade I can hardly feel any damage increase from upgrading it from the hammer and dirk. I just got done getting kat to rank 7 and i've been wanting to get zed there now but he just feels so damn weak.

Anyone else having this trouble or do I just need to git gud and land those tripple Qs?
