Alioth, the Kamaitachi of Ionia

So this is my first champion concept which I created out of boredom. Since Yasuo is my favorite champion in all of League I thought i'd make someone who could possibly tie into his lore. However, a few things are work in progress. Currently those things are: the Lore, Quotes, Possible Voice Actors, Champion Interactions, and Emotes. I also have to come up with a good picture depicting Alioth, but my skill with a brush leaves something to be desired. Anyway, here's the base stats:

Health 445 (+87) Attack Damage 52 (+3.3) Health Regeneration 7 (+0.7) Attack Speed 0.675 (+2.6%) Armor 20 (+3.5) Magic Resist 30 (+1.25) Range 175 Move Speed 340

Right off the bat, anyone familiar with champion stats is going to recognize these as being heavily similar to that of Xin Zhao. That's because they are his stats. I took them for Alioth because I wanted Alioth to fill the roles of either Fighter or Assassin, the same ones Xin had. Note that Alioth does not rely on resources. Moving on...

           ___

Basic abilities

Passive: Delta Stream -After 5 seconds of not taking or dealing damage, Alioth is enveloped within a mysterious wind gaining 25 movement speed which gradually increases to 70 movement speed over 5 seconds. When Alioth reaches the maximum bonus movement speed from this ability, he gets a buff that halves the damage and/or any crowd control applied from the next basic attack or spell cast that he is struck with before applying resistances normally. Note that tenacity does not stack with this ability.

Q Skill: Ignoble Play (Cooldown: 5/4.75/4.5/4.25/4) -When activated, Alioth cleaves all units in front of him (in the same manner that Nidalee's Swipe does) with two slashes in the shape of an X so quickly that it warps the air around the blade. The first strike deals Alioth's base Attack Damage while the second strike deals an extra 60%/70%/80%/90%/100% of Alioth's total attack damage. The attack cannot crit, but applies on-hit effects normally with the exception of the Sheen line of items which are applied only to Alioth's primary target. The cooldown and cast time of Ignoble Play is reduced by 1% for each 1.72% of bonus Attack Speed Alioth has.

(Work In Progress, help me decide which W skill is better)

W Skill (1): Fifth Reflect (Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12) -Passive: Ranks in this ability grant a bonus 10/15/20/25/30 Armor and Magic Resist -Active: Grants a spell shield for one second that absorbs the next incoming spell and reflects that spell's damage as magic damage back at the attacker. Successful use of the spell shield doubles the passive Armor and Magic Resist bonuses for 5 seconds.

W Skill (2): Slash Dimension (Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6) -Alioth unleashes a torrent of slashes in a 650 range 50 degree cone in front of him. Deals 70/120/160/205/250 physical damage (+80% bonus AD) and reduces the armor of targets struck by 10% for 5 seconds.

E Skill: Zephyr Charge (Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9) -Alioth charges a target within 700 range dashing a fixed distance to/through it and dealing 70/105/140/175/210 physical damage (+90% AP, +40% bonus AD). Full damage is dealt to all targets within Alioth's path.

R Skill: Liemännen Blåust (Cooldown: 180/140/100) -First Activation: Alioth reduces the sight radius of all enemy champions and removes their shared vision for 5 seconds with a mysterious wind current; this includes champions, minions, wards, towers, and Clairvoyance. -Second Activation: Alioth becomes a furious vortex of wind gaining a massive movement speed boost that rushes to a target enemy within 900 range dealing 150/250/350 (+50% AP, +150% bonus AD) physical damage to the target, knocking it up for one second then bouncing to the nearest target to repeat the process (prioritizing champions). Each consecutive target struck increases the duration of the first activation by 1 second up to a cap of 5 seconds of extended time. This ability can only strike the same enemy champion a maximum of two times. If Alioth fails to strike an enemy beyond the initial target, he deals 33% increased damage to the initial target as well. Applies on-hit effects, and Alioth is immune to slows for the duration. Can be cancelled by reactivating the ability. Deals triple damage to minions.

Fun Facts: -I completely forgot why I named him Alioth -"Liemännen Blåust" Is Swedish. A rough translation is "Reaper's Wind", if you struggle to pronounce it. -Ignoble (by definition) means to be dishonorable. It's the antonym of "noble". So in layman's terms, a simpler name for Alioth's Q skill is "Dishonorable Play". It ties into his lore which I'll get to later.

-Tips for playing as Alioth Ignoble Play makes Alioth a strong Jungler, especially when combined with Feral Flare. Ignoble Play's Cooldown Reduction and Cast Time modifier functions are identical to that of Yasuo's Steel Tempest. Alioth lacks reliable escapes, making it important to pack at least one defensive summoner spell. Liemännen Blåust can be used to chase down a fleeing target as it can easily shred through an oncoming enemy minion wave onto an enemy champion.

-Tips for playing against Alioth The power and duration of Alioth's ultimate can be avoided by spreading out during teamfights. Attack Speed slows are extremely crippling to Alioth. Alioth's most reliable forms of damage are physical. If he's out of control, consider buying a Thornmail. Alioth cannot reliably control the direction of his ultimate.

So what do you guys think?
