My Wishlist of Gameplay Changes to Riot

So since this season's about to end I thought I'd throw out the 7 things i'd love to see changed during the preseason by Riot. Don't fret, they're not overpowered, absurd, or simply insane things. Just changes that I think we'd all appreciate. Here they are in no particular order:

1. Give Jarvan the 4th and Zed's passives the ability to place markers on targets indicating when they can use their passives on them again, just like Nautilus's Staggering Blows passive.
2. Give Ryze, Morgana, Mordekaiser and Taric Visual Updates.
3. Replace Gangplank's Raise Morale with a damaging ability.
4. Make this Champion Concept a reality, giving number tweaks where neccesary.
5. Give Sion's Lumberjack Skin a new Splash Art.
6. Give Urgot's Terror Capacitor a scaling bonus based off of 3% of his Maximum mana.
7. Develop new Splash Arts for Blitzcrank, Gragas, Gangplank and Warwick.

Well that's everything. I hope what I'm asking for is within reason of what Riot will do.
