4.13 Yasuo Changes

Well done, Riot. I'd have to say the removal of Yasuo's ability to gain bonus flow on each use of Sweeping Blade really did the trick at reducing his oppressive laning. However, since his shield values are still low from a previous nerf and now his passive only triggers for one second, wouldn't it be better to bring his resolve shield back to roughly pre-release levels? It makes more sense since the passive won't be active as often as before.
