The New Arcade Top Laner Skin Should've Been A Ultimate Skin and Heres Why. [PLEASE READ]

I am going to state several reasons, and divide them into, nice, organized sections.

  1. Final Boss Veigar is a legendary skin, and beats all the other skins in strength, yet, Riven who is a 1350 RP skin, can still beat Veigar, with less RP. (More RP = Strength) By this logic, Riven CAN NOT BEAT Veigar.
  2. There could be much more potential with an ultimate skin, and create much more hype. In fact, there could be an entire full lore storyline wrote with it.
  3. Logically, even though Arcade Riven is great, she would be weaker then Final Boss Veigar (In RP Logic), and can NOT fight Final Boss Veigar, making the storyline continue, even though all roles were filled. (Unless, there's a whole evil side too!, and one of the evil side is a Ultimate skin).

Section 1:

Exactly what my statement above was, what seperated Final Boss Veigar from the other heroes, was his price, and that's why, in one of the videos, he dominated the three heroes who tried to take down Veigar, yet, they were never close. They were about 0.5x less powerful then Veigar, due to RP Price Range, and therefore, could not face him. Due to Veigar's mighty strength, a true hero must be chosen, that is stronger then Veigar.

Section 2:

Having an Arcade Ultimate Skin could grant much more then a regular 1350 RP skin. Instead of having your average Riven, including an ultimate skin, could give all the icons of all the heroes/villians in the Arcade storyline, with Miss Fortune, Blitzcrank, Veigar, and Hecarim, and Sona. Also, her ultimate could be show spirits of Hecarim/Miss Fortune/Sona besides the ultimate, and could come one by one every time her ultimate is leveled up, as spirits to cheer her on. It seems better overall for the storyline, and grants that $ for you Riot.

Making the new Arcade skin an ultimate skin would also unleash a top lane champion for the Ultimate Skin List, and then, a mid laner has to come next, or a midlaner might come earlier. There is no reason, why not to make the new Arcade skin a ultimate skin, for many reasons. If Arcade Riven was so well made, then imagine what an ultimate skin of that could be for Arcade. Remember DJ Sona? Nobody played her, because she's weak - thing is, is that her skin is EXTREMELY well made. Riot could EASILY do better, and destroy DJ Sona in terms of quality.

Section 3:

If Riven's price stays like that, it definitely means something else is coming, because there has to be another hero, as Riven is not a logical hero in this sense. This means, that the storyline WILL continue, and more skins will come, and maybe an evil toplaner, jungler, and ADC. Then, the top laner, who is facing Riven, could realize his/her mistakes, and fight alongside the power of good, and finally end Veigar's reign of terror.
