Since Riot backdoor'd us with that sneaky Champion Reveal, (and with the recent Victorious Skin reveal) do you think they'll announce which champion is receiving the Ultimate Skin soon?

Its in my opinion that they are giving Skarner the ultimate skin but I could be wrong.
