Why did you give Katarina and Nidalee another skin

Why. Why do you constantly give champions with 5+ skins MORE skins when there's still champions with 1-3 skins. Katarina and Nidalee have more than enough skins. While it's good you gave Jinx and Vel'Koz their first non-release skins, why do Katarina and Nidalee need more skins? They have 6 now. 6 skins. You could take a team of Nidalee's and Katarina's into a match and they'd all be a different color.
