Varus Rework Idea
Passive: Blighted Quiver
INNATE: Varus's basic attacks deal bonus mixed damage and apply Blight for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. In addition when Varus's abilities consume Blight stacks on enemies upon damaging them, all of Varus's abilities get 50% (Based on level) of the remaining cooldown refunded besides the ultimate ability and grant him bonus attack speed for 6 Seconds, that can be refreshed upon detonating Blight stacks again.
- Mixed Damage: 5 - 20 (Based on level) [+25% AP] [+25% AD]
- Bonus Attack Speed: 30% [+50% Bonus Attack Speed]
Q: Piercing Arrow Target Range: 925 - 1625 (based on channel time) / Cost: 70 Mana / Cooldown: 20 Seconds
First Cast: Varus channels for up to 4 seconds, increasing Piercing Arrow's range and damage over the next 2 seconds. Varus can still move while channeling but is pacified and slowed by 20%.
Second Cast: Varus fires in the target direction, dealing physical damage to all enemies in the arrow's path, increased by 0% - 50% (based on channel time).
- Maximum Physical Damage: 15 / 70 / 125 / 180 / 235 [+170% AD]
W: Empowered Corruption
PASSIVE: Upon detonating blight stacks with different abilities will have a bonus effect.

Q - Piercing Arrow: Deals bonus Magic Damage equal to 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10% to 9 / 10.5 / 12 / 13.5 / 15% of the target's missing health (scales with Piercing Arrow charge).

E - Hail of Arrows: Increases the effect radius, and slow by 45% / 50% / 55% / 60% / 65%

R - Chain of Corruption: Basic Attacks against targets that are hit with empowered Chain of Corruption doubles the passive on-hit damage for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 Seconds.
E: Hail of Arrows Target Range: 925 / Cost: 80 Mana / Cooldown: 20 Seconds
ACTIVE: Varus fires a hail of arrows that deals physical damage on impact to all enemies in the target area.
The area desecrates the ground for 4 seconds, slowing all enemies standing in it and applying Grievous Wounds icon Grievous Wounds.
- Physical Damage: 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 [+80% AD]
- Slow: 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40%
R: Chain of Corruption Target Range: 1075 / Collision Radius: 60 / Effect Radius: 550 / Tether Radius: 600 / Cost: 100 Mana / Cooldown: 70 - 50 Seconds
PASSIVE: When Varus detonates blight stacks with abilities, targets take maximum health damage.
- Maximum Magic Damage: 6 / 10.5 / 15% [+6% per 100 AP] of the target's maximum health.
ACTIVE: Varus flings out a tendril of corruption that infects the first enemy champion hit, dealing magic damage, rooting them for 2 seconds and applying 3 stacks of Blight.
On impact, the tendril seeks out nearby enemy champions and forms a tether to them. If the tether isn't broken within 1.5 seconds, they are rooted, and applied the same effects as the initial target. Tendrils will continue to spread until there are no champions in range that have not already been affected.
