A blue Viktor skin. Just... a Viktor skin that gives him an electric blue laser, a giant electroc singularity, a shocking gravity field, etc.

Or a pool party skin where he has mechanical abs and is wearing swimming trunks, and he shoots water everywhere.

We just need a Viktor skin that is blue.
