@Riot Show the Minions some Love

People have been asking for the ability to apply minion skins outside of special events, but the main problem with the idea is how to implement them if all five teammates (if not all ten players total) would need to agree on which skin to use when changing it from default.

Though I suppose letting you pick minion skins in custom games would be a bit easier to do since then it's just the host's choice alongside the map and other settings.

Would be interesting, like you have an item at the start of the game that you can apply into an inhibitor and the inhibitor will start spawing the skins you apply. problem is there are only 3 inhibitors, so not all players can apply thier skin and when it gets destroyed they return to thier standard skin.
