Starter Champions

For new accounts, whether an alternate or a complete newbie to League of Legends... have them Summoners select their own starter champions instead of forcing them onto the Riot designated starter champions.

Since each Summoner has their own pace of learning, I think this would be the optimal way of getting new players on-board and retaining them.

Have new Summoners choose their own starter champion and give them a Riot designated started champion (Ashe, Garen, Jinx, Kha'Zix, Lissandra, Lux, Ryze, Shyvana, Varus, and Wukong)

Riot can just implement some sort of one-time use "Summoning Token" for new accounts/Summoners where Summoners are not limited to Riot's "Starter Champions"; non-refundable and champions cannot be exchanged with a different one after the "Summoning Token" has been used.

We don't need people's first experience with this game to be on Riven. And we don't need smurfs to have instant access to their best champions when they're playing against new players.

I do like this idea. Its sad when a new player finds a champ they like in the free rotation but its a 6300 champ so they have to hard grind to get to it.

This used to be heavily requested, still think it should happen, maybe add in an IP boost until level 10 as well.
