Armor Pen, Armor, and AD
What happens if the enemy champ's armor is reduced by your champs' armor pen to a negative value? I already checked the wiki but still confused.
How much damage does the enemy champ receives?

Armor pen ignores armor.
Armor reduction actually reduces the amount that the champion has.
If you have 9999 armor pen vs someone with only 100 armor, it still only effectively makes their armor 0.
If you have 200 armor reduction vs someone with only 100, it means they have -100 armor, which would cause you do deal extra damage compared to what your tooltip/AD displays.
Reductions are applied first, so unless your resistance reductions out-pace their resistance growth (Amumu w/ Abyssal, old Fiddle passive, etc), you are not getting your opponent to a negative value.
