Passive - Frost Shot: Ashe's basic attacks and abilities apply Frost to affected enemies, slowing them by 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20% for 2 seconds and causing subsequent basic attacks against them to deal 10% (+ 100% (+ 50%) critical strike chance) AD bonus physical damage while they remain slowed.

  • Critical Slow: Ashe's critical strikes deal no additional damage, but instead triple Frost's slow strength to 30 / 36 / 42 / 48 / 54 / 60%, decaying over 1 second to its normal strength.

Q - Volley of Frost: Ashe fires 9 arrows in a cone in the target direction, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit. Enemies can intercept multiple arrows, but do not take damage from arrows beyond the first. Volley applies Frost Shot's Critical Slow to enemy champions hit.

W - Chilling Winds - Passive: Ashe stores a stack of Chilling Winds once every 90 / 80 / 70 / 60 / 50, up to 1/2. (The second level of this ability can only be unlocked after Ashe reaches level 6.)

  • Active: If Ashe consumes a single stack of Chilling Winds and fires a frost hawk spirit at a target location, granting sight of its path for 2 seconds and in a large radius at its destination for 5 seconds. The revealed area begins to snow, applying Frost to all enemies revealed.

  • Enchanted Crystal Arrow: Ashe consumes both stacks of Chilling Winds and fires an arrow in a target direction. The arrow shatters upon hitting an enemy champion, dealing magic damage, and stunning them for 1 second. The arrow grants sight of its path for 2 seconds and in a large radius around the enemy hit for 5 seconds. The revealed area begins to snow, applying Frost to all enemies revealed.

E - Freljord's Focus - Passive: While Freljord's Focus is inactive, Ashe is granted Focus for 4 seconds on attack, stacking up to 8 times. After 4 seconds, each stack thereafter will fall off every second.

  • Freljord's Might: Ashe consumes the 8 stacks of Freljord's Focus and becomes engulfed in True Ice for 4 seconds, becoming immune to slows and gains damage resistance. While Ashe is engulfed in True Ice, she gains bonus attack speed, range, and size. Her basic attacks become flurried, which causes each of her basic attacks to fire a flurry of five arrows. Ashe cannot gain Focus while this ability is active. The flurried attacks only apply on hit effects once.

R - Unite the Freljord: Ashe rallies her near by allies, causing their basic attacks and abilities to apply Frost for the next 10 seconds. If Ashe activates Freljord's Might, her allies become engulfed in True Ice as well, granting them immunity to slows and damage resistance for 4 seconds.

Ashe main here.

With this it feels like you are going WAY too heavily into Ashe's utility, and even taking away some of her damage. She already deals the least amount of damage out of all of the ADCs. There is no need to take away what little she has.

Also, immunity to slows on an ADC might be a very bad idea, especially on Ashe. When played correctly, she is the Queen of kiting, and keep many people at arms length for extended periods of time. Making it to where she would have an even easier time kiting is likely just asking for trouble.

And then....the ultimate. There is a reason why Ashe is the only champion in the game to have innate slows on her auto attacks built into her kit.......it is extremely toxic in some situations. Try thinking of a Darius that now has a 20% slow on his autos.....or an Irelia, or Fiora, Aatrox......pretty much any fighter in the game would instantly become Ashe's best friend. But not only that, think of Fizz, or Talon, Zed, LeBlanc. If assassins won't be able to kill you off right then and there, they can now wait for a CD, while keeping you in range. If you are to get away from an assassin, it has to be their job to catch up to you, and most of the time, they can't either due to the rest of your team, or them having blown their entire combo on you. Yes, I understand it won't last forever, but 10 seconds in League is an EXTREMELY long time.

The one thing I do like is what you did with Hawk Shot. It turns it from a simple scouting tool, to an actual useful ability in a teamfight. Being to apply a wide reaching, but weak slow (maybe 15% at most) that can also help with your damage in some ways.

Overall, I feel you just added alot of unnecessary mechanics into her kit. People complain about kits being too overloaded these days, and, to be honest, this does exactly that.
