Unique Passive - Truth Seeker: grants 15 armor penetration and magic penetration. . Unique Passive - Sentence: after killing a minion or a monster your next auto attack or spell deals 50 (+50 upon LVL 18) bonus true damage, half for Area of Effect spells. The effect is doubled upon champion kills. Deals double damage against minions and jungle monsters. Lasts for 30 seconds.

Changes from original items: +5 Attack Damage +50 Health +5 Armor Penetration +10% CDR +Upgraded passive from item 3134

Gameplay Designed to bully during the lane phase, making farming esier due to the boost to the last hit, also makes going into a killing row more rewarding, this item is good in almost anyone, specially in those with AP ratios or dual damage, it also offers an small boost to champs that will use true damage single target spells like Cho Gath and Garen.

I would recommend calling it a Sword instead. :D

Hybrid pen is awkward because most hybrids often actually build only one stat instead of both. Actually making hybrid items would require a complete revamp of the way they are done.

Well the icon is kinda much of a Blade, but I think Riot can call it a Sword (of the Divine cough)

Is not so akward, it is akward in terms of items, because none offers you an Hybrid pen choice, I use Hybrid pen runes on many champs and I would love to have this on my builds. It wouldnt need a revamp, it would need new items, with 1 hybrid pen option it is ok, mainly because almost everyone is going to max just 1 type of pen, and it is ok, if we could max both pens and add % pens to it then it would be pointless to get resistances.

At max with this item, runes and masteries you might get almost 40 hybrid pen points.

It's from a series by Terry Goodkind, which follows the adventures of a Nieztshan superman (who can do no wrong) wielding the titular blade who goes to liberate a world from the grasp of a mixture of Communism and Fundamentalist Islam through his Objectivist ideals.

Also featured: Evil pacifists and chickens (which are really evil incarnate)
