Questions about its origin shouldn't be asked, because this creature wasn't born out of mortals and wasn't created by them. It haves no day of birth and no day of death. Trinity of torment dwells in the body of pain, in the body of fear and in the body of rage. This unholy trinity is a reminder to mankind that evil can take any form and live anywhere.

Discorded Brothers Three prices fought for the throne and the crown. Greed and rage caused their kingdom to be ruined and their lives shortened. To win and become the king each of these brother made a deal with the devil. However, unknown to them, they made a deal with the same devil for the same price and the same goal. All three brothers were tricked into selling their souls. A demon changed their destiny and twisted it into something horrifying. Creature made out of their souls knows no fear and feels no pain, and it never stops when he wants to do something. Unfortunately to mankind that something is almost always evil and twisted.

~~ ~~ Gameplay
Ter goes well with: 
in bottom line as support. It have good CC and can increase attack damage of your carry. Ter's kit offer enough support for AD focused adc in form of bonus attack damage and CC capabilities.
Ter does well against: 
because he himself can do enough damage to them while also protecting and augmenting your carry. Ter have advantage against every squishy support and most of melee support (maybe taric would be a harder mach up, but he should still be weaker in line as game goes on).
~~ ~~ Final note: This champ would be something as counter measure if your team have too many AP champs (top, mid, jungle), but your teams still benefits from bonus AD and some forms of CC. His main strength is strengthening you champs who benefits from AD, good aimed CC and team fight potential with his passive. Sample team composition could be:

, ADC: , because all these champs benefit from Ter's kit in one way or another a lot and the team would still be balanced enough to play against any other enemy team. Q pull and W knock-up is a really good way to Mordekaiser, Evelynn and Yasuo get an easy kill on an enemy champ. Bonus AD works well on Mordekaiser, Yasuo and Tristana, and is still helpful a bit for Evelynn.
