[Champion Concept] Mollia, The Puppet and The Master

Mollia is a close to medium range assassin that can zone out his target, separating them from the team for the kill.
Mollia is two entities, the man and the puppet.
The man, known only as the "anchor", was once a Shurima scholar, researching the dark elements, artifacts and the occult, his name was lost and forgotten. He has the appearance of an elderly man, withered and dry, and yet, stands tall as if unaffected by age or time.
The puppet, well, no one knows how the Man and the Puppet were bonded in their eternal contract, But one cannot be seen without the other. The puppet appeared genderless and faceless, mostly wooden frames in a shape of a human like figure. The wood used were unnaturally shaped, no piece has the same shape or tone to another, and it's grain appeared to be warped or cursed.
Eternal Contract(Passive): If Mollia were to take a fatal blow, the puppet is still active at his last location. The puppet can still move, but limited to W level range, able to auto-attack and grants vision until Mollia respawns at the fountain. If an enemy unit is killed this way, it reduces the death timer. 1 second for minions/monsters, 5 seconds to champions/epic monsters. Mollia in this state does not regen mana, cannot use items and ability cooldown don't reset.
The Anchor(Mechanic): When the puppet is somewhere else, with W or E, the Anchor cannot attack without the puppet. The puppet cannot be targeted and has no HP, but also cannot move further without the Anchor.
Puppet Fury(Q): Mollia, wherever the puppet is, unleashes a fury of attacks around him. Mollia attacks enemies around him, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 + AD Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana Range: 200 Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Attacking marked targets reduce the cooldown by 2 seconds.
Boundless Leap(W): Mollia throws the puppet to an area, stretching his strings, damaging units that touch it. 1st Cast: Mollia aims at a target location, the puppet is flung towards that location, stopping at the first target hit, dealing Q damage. it also leaves behind a tether from the puppet to the anchor, enemies that touch it receive 20/30/40/50/60 + AP. Mollia auto-attacks follow the puppet not the anchor. After 5 seconds, the puppet return towards the anchor, dealing Q damage to targets hit on the way back. 2nd Cast: Mollia immediately pulls back the puppet, dealing Q damage to targets hit on the way back. Cost: 80 mana Range:500/700/900/1100 Cooldown: 8 seconds Attacking marked targets refund the 20 of the mana cost.
Grasping Frame(E): Mollia grabs hold onto a champion, giving them bonus Armor and MR, but reduces their movement speed. Mollia targets a champion, the puppet leaps towards them, granting bonus 10% Armor and bonus 10% MR, but reducing movement speed by 20% for 5 seconds. The puppet's auto-attacks are disabled and Mollia cannot cast his Q or W. Cost: 65 mana Range: 350 Cooldown: 12 seconds Marked targets have increased slow rate by 5%.
Possessive hold(R): Mollia basic attacks and abilities mark enemy champions, he is granted vision of them and can pull them towards him. Passive: Mollia's basic attacks and abilities mark champions for 10 seconds, granting only him vision when in 2000 range. Active: if a marked target is within 2000 range, Mollia can pull that champion towards the anchor, silencing them for 2 seconds. Cost: 100/150/200 mana Range:2000 Cooldown: 90 seconds
