Rename PROJECT: Yasuo to PROTOTYPE: Yasuo

Yasuo looks a lot different from the other Project champions. He has less colors on his model and less special effects in his particles. Changing the name to PROTOTYPE will prevent people from asking things like "WHY ISN'T YASUO IN FIRST STRIKE QQ" and "WHY IS YASUO'S SKIN WORSE THAN THE OTHERS"

There's Battlecast Xerath which everyone forgets, so I disagree having PROJECT: Yasuo's name to be changed.
