[Champion Concept] Kyrian Xell, the Star Strider
Hey guys; this's actually kinda old, but I never posted it since I didn't have any lore. I eventually just stopped working on it, so I figured that I should just post it without the lore for now. Anyways, here's Kyrian Xell!
Identity:
- Battle mage.
- Embodies the endless, nebulous void of space.
- Will have you seeing stars.
- Cosmic entity, much like Bard and Zoe. PROBABLY a Targonian Aspect.
- Has a space cape, where you can see the night sky.
Goals:
- Space cape.

- Create an intriguing gravity champion, where gravity is less the topic, and more the vast emptiness of space.

Niche: Battle mage that uses self-shielding, displacement, and AoE to get in there and mix up positioning. If you are not constantly changing your position, you are not playing against them correctly. Also space cape.
Lore: N/A
Appearance: Kyrian Xell has a cape, woven from the very fabric of the night sky. The image of the cape is static in that the movements of the cape reveal different parts of the night sky, rather than the stars following it. Beneath it is black and blue silk clothing, with plates of silver lining his forearms and shins.
Kyrian Xell The Star Strider Mage/Fighter
[P] Nebulous: Every 20 - 12 seconds, upon striking an enemy champion or large monster three times within 4 seconds, for 3 seconds, Kyrian Xell’s cape expands, emulating the void of space and causing Kyrian Xell to become Nebulous. While Nebulous, Kyrian Xell’s abilities and attacks deal 10 - 25(+5% AP)(+5% bonus HP) bonus magic damage and granting them a stacking shield equal to this amount. The shield lasts for a maximum of 5 seconds, and cannot exceed 25% of their maximum health.
[Q] Spatial Shock: Cooldown: 1.5 second cooldown (static; 2 charges, gain one every 12/11/10/9/8 seconds) Kyrian Xell causes the ground in front of them to burst upwards after a brief delay, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+70% AP) magic damage to enemies in a rectangle in front of them, with a distance of 600 units and a width of 100 units in both directions. Enemies caught on the farther half of this take 50% less damage. If this strikes an enemy twice within 3 seconds, they take 40% reduced damage from the second and are stunned for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds.
[W] Graviton Surge: Cooldown: 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds Kyrian Xell causes a gravitational impulse to appear at the target location within 450 units after a 0.8 second delay, pushing all units within 150 units a distance of 300 units away from the center and dealing 60/75/90/105/120(+60% AP) magic damage.
[E] Deep Space: Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Kyrian Xell projects an orb of compressed space in the target direction, travelling up to 750 units. Upon reaching the end of its distance, or upon reactivation, after a 0.5 second delay, the orb expands, dealing 40/65/90/115/140(+30% AP) magic damage to units within 175 units and marking them with Deep Space for 4 seconds. Striking an enemy marked with Deep Space with a displacement effect consumes Deep Space, increasing the distance they travel by 50%, up to a maximum of 250 additional units travelled. If the champion being displaced has a defined point of arrival rather than a distance, the mark will not be consumed, nor will it affect it. Enemies affected by this remain displaced for the same amount of time.
[R] Black Hole: Cooldown: 120 seconds Upon activation, Kyrian Xell fires out a blast of dark matter, dealing 60/100/140(+50% AP) magic damage and marking the first enemy champion struck with Deep Space for 4 seconds. This can be reactivated 2 times to fire out an additional blast each time, passing through and ignoring enemy champions marked by Deep Space. After 3 seconds, or upon firing all their blasts, this ability may be reactivated to pull the closest two enemies marked by Deep Space to Kyrian Xell. Upon the arrival of their targets, Kyrian Xell becomes Nebulous for 6 seconds.
