Intermediate Nasus Bot With an Atma's in 4.21

So, you may remember Atma's Impailer which granted you 45 armor, 15% crit chance, and AD equal to 1.5% of your maximum health. Riot removed this in patch 4.20, but, when me and friends were playing an intermediate bot game on the twisted treeline, Nasus Bot had gotten an Atma's. My friend took a screen shot at the post game screen.
