Snow Day Malzahar

Malzahar needs a VU but this idea popped in my head and this skin, imo, has to happen eventually

Visuals: Wears a purple coat with a hoodie. The coat could be a bubble coat but I can see him wearing a peacoat. A scarf to wrap his face and keep him warm.

Snow particles anyone?

Passive: Voidlings would be little snowmen. Q: Snowblowers from each side blowing... snow W: Drops a frozen puddle. Watch out, looks slippery E: Giant snowflakes falling down around the enemy R: Shoots (from his eyes) a cool looking ice type blast

Also, Kassadin could be a good candidate for this skin. He does need a VU tho

Please let me know what you guys think.
