Pool Part Rek'Sai's tunnels are way to visually noisy

Looks like the clarity police were asleep on the job.

That blue paint called "water" is so bright, and the tether between the tunnels seems to thick. If it was a skill shot or something it'd be fine, but since it's constantly on the battlefield often in large numbers, it's just too much.
