Yes I know the minions are magical constructs, all of this is subject to change. I cannot draw so I do not have a visual representation, but if you look up foo dogs you'll get the idea. If someone could draw a representation I would be so appreciative. Feel free to give any creative feedback.

Title: Liberator of The Minions

Appearance: humanoid ancient Chinese foo dog statue in minion garb white and gray coloring revived minions come back colored white and gray as well no longer showing team colors

Skin ideas: soulstealer fengrin/ program fengrin/ shadowfire fengrin/ elderwood fengrin

Lore: Nothing is known of Fengrin other than he was raised by the minions. The minions which now power the rift. Since the beginning of summoners rift the minions have been enslaved to fight a war that isn’t theirs. Fengrin having seen this and finally realizing that the minion’s slavery was an elaborate plan by the League of legends council has had enough. He is now rising up from the depths of summoners rift to liberate his brothers once and for all. He has a plan, a plan that will end the suffering, a plan that will reveal the injustice of summoners rift. But for now he has to gain their trust so he can get close enough; he has to act as one of them....

Passive: Mutual Sustain Fengrin and controlled minions gain lifesteal/spellvamp 2%/2% lvl 1 - 3%/3% lvl 6 - 4%/4% lvl 12 - 5%/5% lvl 16 Q: Dual impact

Empowered basic that does attack damage equal to 25% of your armor as physical damage on hit plus magic damage equal to 25% of your magic resist on hit 3s/2.75s/2.5s/2.25s/2s cd 40/35/30/25/20 mana cost

W: Barrage You and any controlled minions within 2000 units <-subject to change gain 20% attack speed per ability lvl 20% lvl 1 - 40% lvl 2 - 60% lvl 3 - 80% lvl 4 - 100% lvl 5 bonus attack speed duration lasts 5 seconds at all ranks 14s/13s/12s/11s/10s cd 30/35/40/45/50 mana cost

E: Minion revive Places a mark on an allied minion for 2.5, .5 sec cast time. If the minion dies with the mark on they revive with full health and are under Fengrins control proxy commander minion. controlled minions retain all base stats with additional stats from Fengrins R. (only one cannon minion can be controlled at a time) Number of minions that can be controlled are 1-5 scaling with ability lvl 1/2/3/4/5 in addition to the commander minion. Cd 10s 35/45/55/65/75 mana cost

R: Commander (start with ult) When cast on an allied minion that minion becomes empowered and leads revived minions. The commander can be a cannon minion. (commander is controlled by Fengrin by targeting while holding R.) Commander minion does 3.5% of Fengrins max health as physical dmg on hit and 3.5% of Fengrins max health as magic dmg on hit. Revived minions do dmg equal to 1.5% of Fengrins max health as physical dmg on hit and 1.5% of Fengrins max health as magic dmg on hit. Also follower minions gain 20% of Fengrins max resistances(armor/magic resist). Commander minion gains 20%/30%/40%/50% of Fengrins max resistances(armor/magic resist). Commander minion gains 5%/10%/15%/20% of Fengrins max health as bonus health. Both commander and follower minions gain increased health regen while out of combat. Commander minion has to be inside command radius to give commands. If no new commands are given will follow last command till death. Cd starts after commander died 70s 100 mana cost

i love the concept and can see him as a strong top laner in a simular way yorick is but more focused on tank rather than juggernaut. but as with yorick currently he seems very strong in lane where he can get lots of minions but as for roaming and team play in the jg and around the major objectives he is more restricted to his q-w (both of which are good for team fights though). this seams to limit him to either fighting in lane or being a tanky split pusher that forces the enemy to repond. Lastly can he bring back siege minions because a siege minion with both baron buff and all his stats could prolly just take down the towers buy itself if they dont have a team specialized in killing or suspending minions exp. tahm/syndra/nunu but all in all it a great idea and id love to see how it goes.

I like the idea, but it would have late game problems, because players don't play around the lanes as much. So, I feel like he would be stuck as a split push and can only fight in lane, which is a problem for champs. Good concept.
