Name: Mahara

Title: The Gravity Mage

Appearance: She is about 30-40 years old. She has Jet Black hair with a Platinum White streak in it on the right side. She has only one eye. Her left eye is purple. Her right eye is gone so she keeps that side of her face bandaged up. She wears robes similar to Ionian garb, but colored grey/black/purple. Her hands are bandaged. She does not wear shoes. She has her feet bandaged. She is about 5'9" with a moderate frame.

Lore: Mahara was born in Ionia, but stolen as a child to be a slave in Noxus. She has no last name for she was not given one. She was tortured day in and day out, thus the loss of her right eye is a reminder of her pain. As well as the bandages that cover the rest of her body underneath her robes, yet you only see the ones covering her hands and feet. She has never worn shoes and refuses to do so. She escaped during a rally while no one was watching. Beaten and in danger she made her way to Ionia using the shadows. In the wilds outside of Ionia she found a cave in the base of a mountain behind a waterfall. She needed shelter to rest. When she woke she heard whispering in her ears. A faded wisp enticed her further into the cave. After what seemed like hours of trudging through she finally made it to the faint imagery of a person. Man or woman she could not tell, she only knew it was a spirit. Collapsing before it her feet bleeding, body tired, and dying. The spirit said, "I see your pain child. It is something you will never forget and lets be thankful for it. Because with that pain you will get your revenge. You are a daughter of Ionia and Noxus will know what fear is. You will break them like they failed to do to you. You have power... let me show it to you." With that Mahara passed out. When she awoke once again she was covered in elegant robes. Ones of ancient Ionian creation, but she didn't know that. There was something else though. Something different about her. Something inside. She could feel it. She turn and ran, before she knew it she was out of the cave and at the waterfall. There she found 3 Noxian assassins who had tracked her. She was dead, she knew it, but then the whispering filled her ears again. "Remember the pain, think of your scars, and feel the loss of your right eye." Now she knew what she was feeling... her power... she screamed and focused on the assassins. Under her bandage a glow and then BOOM! One of the men's chest blew up. She flicked her hands to another picking him up in the air and forcing him back. Snapping his body against a tree. The 3rd assassin tried running, but he couldn't move and slowly felt him self being pushed to the ground. As she watched, his bones cracked and he fell to the ground crushed by some force. Crushed by gravity. Mahara was free. She was finally free. Mahara had the power within her the whole time... now it's time for Noxus to be enslaved.

Health Regen: 5.499 (+0.53 per level) Attack Damage: 51.595 (+2.491 per level)

Magic Resist: 30 (+0.5 per level) Movement Speed: 330

Passive: Anomalies Mahara is immune to slows and grounding abilities. Whenever Mahara or her allies hard CC an opponent an anomaly is spawned on them. Anomalies give Mahara and her allies 10% bonus movement speed for .5 secs and slow enemy movement speed by 10% for .5 secs. Each anomaly last 5 seconds. The anomaly corresponds to the size of the champion.

Q: Loss (Point and Click Ability, charges) She blasts a single target with an invisible projectile. You can press it once to let it charge up to 5 seconds. The longer the charge the brighter the glow under her bandage. The charge determines how much more damage it will do. How long it charges also determines the cooldown. Killing a minion with Loss refunds the mana and decreases the cooldown.

Deals 80/115/150/185/220 (+50% AP at 1 second charge, +65% AP at 2 second charge, +80% AP at 3 second charge, +95% AP at 4 second charge, and +110% AP at 5 second charge) magic damage.
60/65/70/75/80 Manara 1 sec charge 3.5 sec CD/ 2 sec charge 5 sec CD/ 3 sec charge 6.5 sec CD/ 4 sec charge 8 sec CD/ 5 sec charge 9.5 sec CD same at all lvls. 625 Range

W: Gravity Shield (Self Targeted Ability) She generates a shield for 1.5 seconds that blocks one hard CC ability. If she successfully blocks a hard CC ability, the shield will consume it and let out a shock wave that will knock up all targets within a certain range of her for 1 second while also granting her a burst of +50 movement speed for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds.

50 Mana at all ranks 16/15/14/13/12 second CD 20 Range on Shield 350 Range on Knock Up

E: Wisp, Lift, & Drop (Skill Shot, 3 Part Ability) 1st Part: She fires a wisp in a straight line (can pass through minions and monsters). Once it hits a target it does slight damage while also marking them for 2.5 seconds for the second part of the ability. 2nd Part: Activate ability again to lift target up for 1.5 seconds. dealing no damage, setting up for the 3rd part of the ability. 3rd Part: Activate the ability for a third time to slam them on the ground dealing more damaged based on a percentage of their maximum health. Once back down they are stunned for 1 second. You can use 1 part of the ability, 2 parts, or all 3 parts. How many you use determines the cooldown.

1st part deals 25/50/75/100/125 (+20% Ability Power) magic damage. 2nd part deals no damage. 3rd part deals 75/125/175/225/275 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage plus 3/4.5/6/7.5/9% of their max health. 1st part 20 Mana at all ranks, 2nd part 40 Mana at all ranks, and 3rd part 60 Mana at all ranks 1st part 8/7/6/5/4 second CD, 2nd part 14/13/12/11/10 second CD, 3rd part 20/19/18/17/16 sec CD 550 Range

R: Gravity Surge (Skill Shot Ability) She creates a circular AOE zone that grounds enemies (Grounded enemies cannot use Movement abilities) and does DOT (Damage Over Time) to them while in it over a span of 5 seconds. The Damage Over Time will increase depending on how long the enemy has been in the afflicted area. Any enemies still in Gravity Surge on the 4th second will be snared for 1 second.

Deals 20/40/60 (+10/12.5/15% Ability Power) magic damage per second adding 5/10/15/20/25 magic damage to it for every second they are in it. 100 Mana at all ranks 130/110/90 second CD 800 Range

Build Path Idea for what I think would suit this kit best: item 3165 item 3020 item 3151 item 3157 item 3116 item 3102 item 2139

Runes that I think would work best for her at this moment. Main Tree: Sorcery: Arcane Comet, The Ultimate Hat, Celerity, & Gathering Storm. Secondary Tree: Inspiration: Perfect Timing & Cosmic Insight.

Glacial Augment could also be something super fun with her in addition to item 3146

Skin Ideas: Forsaken Mahara, Aslyum Mahara, Blood Moon Mahara, and Chosen Mahara.

I am open to any critiques or suggestions. Woke up with the idea in my head and I will still be working on her. Thanks for reading.

I love the idea behind this i would recommend the E being two parts first part being hit and lift then reactivating the ability to drop. The lore is a little gruesome but has a nice touch to it. Do you mind if i draw this champion? Ill of course send it to you or maybe leave it in the comments if i can and of course give you the credit for the design and idea of it

Not a fan of the passive and ult if I'm being honest, but the rest looks good.

Especially the W. The W looks extremely fun, and thematic to use. Well done.

The one thing that I'm not sold on is the Invisible q. I feel like it should be a hard to hit skill shot in exchange for it's invisibilty
