Fixing old reworks.

After watching this video it became very clear what people hated about reworks. So I'm here to make a point about how to solve some of the "failed reworks" he talked about in the video.

Poppy Starting with poppy the biggest issue is that she seems to be just a defender. Which braum does alot better. So rather then that make her a back line pain.

** Increase the move speed of steadfast presence to 40-95% while slowing all targets around her for 6 seconds on a 22-13 second cool down**.

The passive of the W makes no sense in the context of the new kit so removing it would be advised, similarly the dash stun is way to linear to actually make much of an impact so remove that as well.

Sion Sion is a champion that needs a bit more effort into since his kit is a mess. His passive is another one of those passives that is good when you die that never really works out except for karthus. To solve this problem completely remove his current w.

Although this will remove the only string of semblance of his old kit but its practically like calling a turd a politician while it might make a replacement that doesn't mean it will fit as a new politician. While you can keep his health stacking relatively the same; as much as it is recommend to add the effect to his Q, I would keep it in line with what his kit is supposed to do by making it a form of cc with a requirement on a short cool down.

Something an 'edgy' teenager would say: snare all targets around you for half of what the current radius of the w is for .5 seconds, 8-3 second cool down, 30 mana. Is available on glory in death

If you actually wanted old Sion in the game you would have at least tried to keep something similar. Just remove the champion entirely from existence that way old sion mains cant get their balls dangled by the hope that maybe old Sion could return.

Sion and Poppy are fine. Poppy might be a tad weak.
