[Champion Concept] Sui, Mechanized Geriatric

Passive: Fully Mechanized Sui takes 10% reduced physical damage from enemy champions, and an additional (1 x level) reduced damage from all sources.

Q: Mega power pack 50-all energy CD: 10 seconds Passive: Sui's max energy is increased by 10/20/30/40/50, and Sui regenerates 1/2/3/4/5 energy every second. Active: Sui supercharges her Mechsuit, increasing all damage she does by 1/2/3/4/5% and decreasing damage she takes by 1/2/3/4/5% for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds, during this time Sui has 10% increased movement speed. The energy regeneration bonus from mega power pack's passive is negated while on cooldown.

W: Well Oiled Machine 100 energy CD: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Sui jumps into the air and delivers a powerful spinning kick to her target up to 700 units away, dealing 20/60/100/140/180(+100% AD) Physical damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds. The unit stunned is also knocked back slightly.

E: Seasoned Blow No cost CD: 10/8.5/6/4.5/3 seconds Sui sets the heels and claws of her Mechsuit on fire, increasing her movement speed by 30% for 10 seconds and empowering her next basic attack or Well Oiled Machine to set the enemy on fire dealing 10/60/110/160/210(+150% AP) Magic damage over 10 seconds and an additional 10% of that damage immediately.

R: Life on the rails 150 energy CD: 120/90/60 seconds Sui's Mechsuit creates a helmet to cover her head, then she dashes 100 units forward in a target direction before vanishing. Sui will then reappear 0.5 seconds later in front of the first enemy champion in the target direction or at the end of the range 1000 units away, if Sui appears at a champion, she delivers a powerful uppercut, dealing 200/400/600(+120% Bonus AD)(+10% AP) physical damage, knocking them back 300 units, and applying on hit effects. If Sui doesn't hit a champion Life on the rails has it's cooldown halved and half of it's energy cost refunded.
