We need a storm champion...

Don't get me wrong. I know Voli, Kennen, Janna and Yasuo exist. But as somebody who loves thunderstorms and weather in general. I don't feel any of them capture the looming feeling of a storm.

Now, I have no specific design in mind.

Could it be a support with global influence but low lane presence? Sure.

Could it be a hulking tank who brings immense area control? Yep!

Could it be a control mage? Absolutely.

But I think the important part is them NOT being a fighter who just enhances strikes with lightning. A mage who just has a lightning theme. An assassin with a couple wind skills.

I think what they should have is: Threatening presence, large area effect, CC, a fully storm based kit from passive to ult, not an assassin.

The thematic goal would be to achieve the lumbering, ominous, frightening feeling that a storm should invoke.

Q BAD HAIR DAY

Summons a small thundercloud on a certain location that deals damage over time and slows, its durtion increases when killing minions, monsters or champions

(control mage style)

W WHOO

A cone shaped skillshot that knocksback and stuns all enemies hit, when on cooldown movement speed increases

E KABLAM

Summons a lighting strike that deals damage and slows, very long range but small hitbox, cooldown and mana completely refund upon kills

R HURRICANEE

Global ult that slows and eventually stuns enemies inside, lasts for 20seconds, can travel at slow speeds and deals magic damage while it ampes up allies

PASSIVE current

build in statik shiv, reflects all damage taken(5-10-15-30%) at levels (1-6-11-16)

as for the character itself, someone young not like annie young but just young that is quite new to its powers( i had no further creativity) and for the lore i'll just leave that to you.

I'd love to see a champion that seems like an ominous presence looming nearer, one that makes you feel like you need to seek shelter in order to survive.
