Love it and would buy it instantly. Arguably, it could also potentially work as a Magical Girl Lux.
Make the shirt reach to waist and pull the shirt up a bit (not all the way, just a bit), and that'd be a pretty cute skin for Lux.
Also, it is called "Love Sign - Master Spark" for a reason...

No. Lux should stay classy and not fulfill your perv desires.
The only problem is that "Heartseeker" is a reference to Cupid, which is an archer. Only ADC could have Heartseeker skins if it were to make sense.
I can imagine some Japanese cartoon producers suing after this concepts is released.
