Tribunal for VU and champ skins/ art designers?

After seeing that horrid remake of Fiora (Riot wtf) and then hearing that the people responsible for this "crime" as it might as well be called, told the player base to deal with it.... I think there should be a Tribunal covering champion visual updates and changes made as well as reviewing the art designers themselves....

The community obviously doesn't like the VU for Fiora. (Particularly the Head Mistress skin) Let's be real, it's f- - -ing ugly. No one likes it and people payed money for the skins. (Some may have paid for the champion itself).

Tell me how you can possibly justify going through with this?
