Very nicely drawn. Though.... i swear i have seen a dress similar to that before.
Possibly Zelda? Possibly back from Digimon when Angewoman appeared? From a TV show that i cant think of the name of perhaps?
Not saying you are copyrighting, im just saying i have this severe case of dejavu about that dress.
Looks less like a Bride if you ask me, it looks more like... something religious in a JRPG or something? The sword scales seem evident of that too.

My biggest complaint is justice shouldn't be blind. Originally she could see, but a political cartoonist back in the day made her blind to complain about the corruption that was an issue were he was. Think of blind justice like a blind ref in a sports match.
