Leecher Champions Update (something like juggernaut update)
Question: what is leecher? Answer: those are champions who does not have tankiness in their kit, but can tank damage with sustain based on draining health from enemies.
Questions: should they be classified as tanks? Answer: no.
Question: should they be based on life steal and spell vamp? Answer: yes.
Question: are they hard to kill? Answer: yes
Question: what is their weakness? Answer: hard CC and healing reduction.

rework should focus on draining health and prevent enemies from escaping.
rework should focus on chasing enemies, healing from damage done and slowly destroying his enemies.
update should increase duration of damage over time effect without increasing their damage and add more ways to heal himself outside of ulty.
update should focus on his sustain and dps.
P.S. it might be a good idea that most of these champs would have AP and AD scaling abilities. At lest one. Itemization would be way better then.
