#ABILITIES
Passive: Stone Splitter EFFECT RADIUS: 575 ANGLE: 80° EFFECT WIDTH: 175 ON-TARGET COOLDOWN: 160 / 135 / 110 / 85 / 60 Pieces of terrain have a Durability lv detonated by green/yellow/red outlines lvls 1/2/3 respectively that Stelfria can see. Wider walls are more durable. Activating a Fracture AoE near or crossing terrain will reduce its Durability by 1. When Terrain Durability reaches 0 it will be destroyed for 8 sec dealing AoE dmg perpendicular to the wall opposite her. Enemy created terrain has lv 2 Durability. Destroying enemy terrain/towers/inhibs leaves a Sculpture as terrain that only allies can pass for 5 sec. Recently reformed terrain incurs a cooldown after which it has Durability 3, but will return to their normal Durability over time. This passive deals 50% of her AD to active towers above 25% HP and can demolish turrets below 25%. If any Fracture AoE's intersect after a delay their radius increases Activating a linear Fracture AoE between them. Closed shapes made by Fractures become Fracture AoEs for 5 sec.
Q: Pin-Wedge EFFECT RADIUS: 200/275/375-∞ TARGET RANGE: 1200 RECHARGE: 4 CHARGES: 3-∞ Stelfria tosses a Pin in the Air landing at her current location after 1.25 sec Activating a Fracture AoE for 25 sec. Activating a Fracture roots for 1.25 sec dmgs, and slows enemies by 35% within its AoE. Enemies dmg’d by Pins have their armor and shields reduced by 20%, reduced further by 3% for every instance of dmg from her within 6 sec.
W: Hammer Strike TARGET RANGE: 350 ANGLE: 80° CD: 5 Stelfria whacks area in front of her dealing dmg. If near a Pin she also hits it. If in the Air she hits it in the target direction passing through enemies. The closer to the ground the further it will travel increasing its Fracture AoE. If In the ground she smacks it Activating and increasing the Fracture AoE up to 3x. Hitting a Pin reduces W's CD by 1 sec.
E: Chisel Seism EFFECT RADIUS: 1000 CD: 0.5 PASSIVE - Natural Armor: Activating Fracture AoEs release clouds of Dust. Entering these clouds grants allies a shield for 8% of their HP, stacking on her 3x increasing her resistances by the same %. ACTIVE: Stelfria hits the ground Activating a Fracture AoE, causing all Pins to pop out of the ground Activating their Fracture AoEs. Pins connected by Fracture AoE' are also affected. Pins further away are affected after a delay, but dmg and root time increase based on distance.
R - Grand Catalyst TARGET RANGE: 1900 EFFECT RADIUS: 400 ANGLE: 105° Stelfria hits a Pin Activating a long Fracture the target direction. Upon hitting a champion or at the end of its range it Activates a cone Fracture AoE. Any Terrain within the main AoE is instantly destroyed.
In Game Event: if in a game with any piltover enemies, Stelfria gains 1 charge of Pin-Wedge and extends the duration of pins on the map by 1 sec for every enemy piltover champion she roots. After gaining additional charges and duration she will lose 1 charge and 1 sec of duration If she is killed by a piltover champion.
#PLAYING AS STELFRIA Stelfria carves through the map with equal ease and threat zoning off areas and locking down enemies. Playing Stelfria makes the map your canvas sculpt it to your liking, her kit was designed to merge how a stone sculptor works away at stone and how a miner gains access to resources. Her low CDs will allow her to keep her threat lvl high and her fun lvl’s even higher. Her gameplay is all about setting up her Fracture AoE’s to either root enemies or take out walls so her allies can get where they need to be or both. Stelfria’s mere presence means the game is about to change in ways never seen before.

A grand sculptor from Piltover famous for her ability to tap at giant stone slabs over time before revealing a near completed statue with a final hammer blow as the stone cascaded and shaved away to reveal the statue beneath. Her work amazed patrons for years and they claimed her to be the magician with a hammer and chisel. But her passion as a sculptor wasn't enough when she fell from grace due to technology surpassing her and the citystate eschewing her in favor of the future and art in other sources. Her avoidance of magic items due her demancian heritage and shuriman training would not allow her to follow suite as other sculptors started using hextech tools. They got work done faster, far outpacing her in speed, but never skill.
Still Stelfria landed on hard times and hit rock bottom. Being a shrewd daughter of Shurima she used her skills and became a miner in Zaun. And she became almost as renown as she had in her sculptor days for her attention to detail, ability to find natural caverns, and uncanny ability to differentiate between soft and hard stone. She became able to shear away huge sections of walls sometimes with only a single blow.
While she spent much time with her eyes still close to stone; Hair grayed not from age but from cavern stone dust and from sharpening her petricite chisels, Stelfria’s time there also opened her eyes to a wider view. With time she outgrew her bitterness and learned to flourish in her new environment. She saw that Piltover was constantly desperately striving to stay ahead of its sister city beneath for fear of being taken over and left behind. Ironically this caused the city to develop the exact same mind set and anything it didn't perceive as progressively as the future was abandoned. But in Zaun she saw a city that took advantage of the old and new and never forgot where it came from. In fact they made a point to dedicate a day remember their past especially of the Incident whereas Piltover used the same day to celebrate their current Progess.
In her mind Zaun was actually better than Piltover. Zaun used and many times improved the things Piltover threw to the wayside. With her delight in this new philosophy she researched the Incident that had created Zaun, and found out how much a geological event it had been and how similar it was to sculpture. It amazed her how Piltover could again leave such an event in its past, but she decided it didn't have to be that way. It would take decades to complete and much careful work done in secrecy but her skills as sculptor and miner were as up to the task as they had been for any. This would be her grandest project ever.
