Four Champion Concepts, Agrai, Inanis, Ventus, and Mesao and Keordo

Agrai,The Lord of the Mountains Description:Agrai is a tank top or mid laner with good sustain and poke his abilities make the other laner very cautious however one fatal con is that his ult and E have long cooldowns and also has to be careful to land his skillshots since if he misses his En-E or uses his En-ULT by accident then he will have to deal with the consequences.
Passive:Agrai's Rage:Agrai is fueled with rage when he uses his abilities when he reaches full rage he becomes Enraged gaining a special effect on each ability for the duration. After he has calmed down he becomes passive meaning he cannot gain rage for a limited time but gains 5-20% damage reduction for 3 seconds.
Q:Stone Serration:Agrai takes stones out of the ground and reshapes them to serrate enemies in a line. It stops at the first champion hit and goes through minions. En-Q:Stone Avalanche:Agrai takes out 3 stones out of the ground and reshapes them into boulders dealing damage in a cone of lines(Kha,Zix W) and stops at the first champion hit.
W:Quaking Harrow:Agrai quickly burrows into the ground becoming invunerable for less than a second(dodges turret shots if you land it perfectly) and then comes out of the ground firing a Quake in a direction which goes through everything and knocks up everything it goes through.
En-W:Harrow of Mountains:Agrai quickly burrows into the ground becoming invunerable for less the a second and then fires off a skillshot that knocks up everything but leaves behind a wallthat blocks movement and stuns after the knock up.
E:Strength in Stone:Agrai creates an armor type shield that gives 10-30% damage reduction and creates a shockwave around him that stuns nearby enemies for a time.
En-E:Shade of the Mountains:Agrai jumps into the air and lands back down knocking enemies away and stunning them for double the duration and gets the damage reduction bonus aswell but loses all his rage and the passive damage reduction.
ULT:Terran Elemental:Agrai summons an elemetal called Immobus that last until it or Agrai dies and gets an ability called Shatter Shockwave that when Agrai activates Immobus will break off a piece of himself losing health but knocking up everyone around him. Immobus also has gains health off 20% of Agrais health.
En-ULT:Terran Nativus:Agrai summons the Elemental of the Mountains, Nativus. This Elemental is given a new ability called Earthquake which when activated by Agrai sacrifices 50% of his health but deals an incredible amount of damage over time and slows everyone near the elemental but gains a 5-20% damage reduction until Navitus or Agrai dies. Navitus gains 30% of agrais health. (loses all rage and gets 50% less damage reduction and gets double the duration to start gaining rage again.)

Inanis The Mind of the Void
Inanis uses runes to destroy his enemies, as their is runeterra world runes, there is void runes. He can place runes on the ground or wall to trap, harm, control his enemies or protect himself and his allies. He uses his abilities to become a mastermind in battle, a hardcore Inanis will preplan fights before they happen, if he does not plan correctly he will be left defensless. If he misses his ult or places it incorrectly he could waste it and will have to wait a long time before it comes up again.
Lore, No one knows for sure why he came but they all know where, The Void. Inanis has collected Void Runes in his world and used them to get to Runeterra. He is cold to humans thinking them as lower life forms, he feels that his kind is the most powerful of all and all other races should die. Until he met Klara, she was just a random stranger walking by in the village he was in, she knew the stories of him but discarded them. He was surprised when she did not run when he stared at her coldly but just smiled and walked away. He feels that all races are inferior but that does not make them useless, each person creates their perspective of others. He knew that he should not carry out his work. Then a voice screamed in his head, yelling "do not stray from the path" over and over again. When he left the village all that was left were dead bodies of people, twisted into something evil. All of them were dead, except Klara.
P:Void Runes:Inanis holds the void runes in his soul, whenever his spells are triggered he can choose a rune to become empowered, which deals extra damage based on his level and AP.
Q:Rune of Destruction:Inanis places a rune on the ground or wall, when a minion,monster, or champion come within 175 units, it explodes dealing damage in a 300 unit area. (3-6) MAXIMUM
W:Rune of Binding:Inanis places a rune on the ground or wall. If he places it on the ground the rune has a radius of 250 and when triggered roots his enemies for 1.0-3.0 seconds and damages them. If placed on a wall it has a radius of 300 but pulls them to that wall and stuns them for 0.5-1.5 seconds and damages them for the same amount. (1-3) MAXIMUM
E:Rune of Protection:Inanis places a rune on the ground, when an ally clicks on the rune, or is damaged in the area. It triggeres shielding all allys in a 400 unit area, if the shield is empowered instead of shielding all allys, it creates a protective bubble in the area, slowing enemies and enemy projectiles if casted inside. If projectiles attack from outside the bubble, the bubble will take damage but absorb the projectile. (1-2) MAXIMUM
R:Cataclysm:Inanis combines all his runes, the result creates a hole through runeterra. Void energy swirls around the bubble in the 700-1300 unit area, dealing damage over time and slowing enemies. Vision inside the bubble is limited(a bit bigger than twitch camoflauge)quickly comes back after leaving the bubble. Ally movespeed is increased. When empowered by Inanis instead of dealing more damage per second, The Entity from the void will release a shockwave of void energy that pulls enemies closer to the center by 80-100 units and deals extra damage. He can place it on the ground or use it instantly. (1) MAXIMUM

Ventus,The Tempest's Warden
Description:Top Laner that has very good farming utility and can peel away most ganks. He can also be a support type champ that can peel for his adc but also provide a good sense of offense on the enemy team. The downside to him is that most of his abilities are slow moving but have long durations so it evens it out easy to dodge but not so easy once you are inside his abilities.
Passive:Tempest's Awakening: When Ventus hits an enemy(or enemies) with his abilities they get a debuff that causes basic attacks to deal more damage by a percentage of his AP. Once hit by the first basic attack from any ally all consecutive basic attacks only get 50% of the extra damage.
Q:Eye of the Wind: Ventus opens his third eye, The Eye of the Wind and fires an orb of pure wind that will knock everyone back from where it has landed dealing damage and a knock up effect if u are inside of the orb landing area.(Note there are two circles one the size of an anivia stun that knocks up everyone inside and a second circle about 150-250(You guys can change that)above the first circle that will push everyone away from it
W:Tempest's Strike: Tempest charges up a wind blast that pushes back enemies if Ventus decides to use it instantly he will only move the enemies back a bit but if he charges it then he will push them back up to 100% more.
E:Eye of the Hurricane: Ventus opens his second eye creating a hurricane that moves forward to the position Ventus clicked on(Similar to anivia Q but without reactivation) when the elemental has reached the position it will stay there for the remaining of the duration slowing down anyone inside by a percent.(Increases size like a slow galio taunt)
ULT:Tempest's Eye:Ventus unleashes his Eye of the Tempest creating a hurricane in the area (the size of a pantheon ult at level 1 increases in size with larger levels) pulling champions towards the center in the beginning after the first phase is finished then Ventus gets a boost of movespeed and everyone still inside the eye(around the size of an anivia Q circle increases with size per level) gets stunned after 1.5 seconds in the center.(Note that if the enemy walks out of the hurricane eye and gets pulled back into it by another person ability or Tempest's Q they will be stunned again.)

Mesao and Keordo, The Balance of Order and Chaos
Mesao is an adc and is built like one. Mesao if in the game will be the most squishiest champion ever however his kit contemplates for that with his W but his kit gives him a very nice amount of damage. Keordo is a support that helps Mesao stay alive whether thats blocking skillshots or healing him over time but he also has some abilitys of his own that peel and deal damage. Both of these champs are highly movement reliable since they can run with their ult and also will have high movespeed in-game.
Passive:When Mesao and Keordo are near each other they create an effect called The Balance of Life.This effect grants bonus movespeed for the both of them and grant an effect on both of their Q's and their ULT's.
Mesao, The Chaos
Q:Chaotic Impale/Universal Spears:Mesao creates chaos spear that fire in a cone dealing damageand slowing enemies by a percent. When Keordo is nearby Chaotic spears turn into Universal Spears this ability fires spears from Keordo aswell and deals damage and doubles the slow if both spears hit.
W:Chaos Orbs:Mesao creates orbs around him acting as a shield that when he is hit by an ability one orb is sacrificed but the damage is dealt back to the champion that hit him but is reduced by 30-50%.
E:Whirlwind:Mesao quickly creates a whirlwind of chaos around him knocking back enemies away from him and gaining 10-50 attack damage and 10-30% attack speed.
ULT:Land of Chaos/Land of Balance:Mesao channels for 5 seconds and then creates a landscape that increases his damage output by 10-30% and also grants him extra movespeed (30-90%). If Keordo is around and channels at the same time they create a Land of Balance which gives Mesao extra lifesteal and Keordo damage reduction inside the landscape.(damage reduction is given for the channel).
Keordo, The Order
Q:Vines of Creation:Keordo shoots vines of pure Order energy that root the first champion hit for 1-2 seconds if Mesao is around it becomes Universal Roots and shoots out Vines from Mesao aswell and if both vines hit the same target then the duration is doubled and so is the damage.
W:Order of the Light:Keordo summons the Order of the Light causing light to flood a target area dealing damage over time (200-300) and slowing but also healing everyone inside (100-200).
E:All Creation:Keordo creates a barrier of pure energy that blocks all skillshots from an enemy and slows any enemy that walks and when an ally attacks through it they gain extra damage based off his AP. (basic attacks can go through)
ULT:Land of Order/Land of Life and Death:Keordo channels for 5 seconds and then creates a landscape that increases his AP by 10-30% and also grants him extra movespeed (50-100%). If Mesao is around and channels at the same time they create a Land of Life and Death which gives Mesao extra lifesteal and Keordo damage reduction.(damage reduction for channel).
