Champion Concept, Ventus, The Tempest's Warden
Ventus,The Tempest's Warden(Name is a work in progress)
Description:Top Laner that has very good farming utility and can peel away most ganks. He can also be a support type champ that can peel for his adc but also provide a good sense of offense on the enemy team. The downside to him is that most of his abilities are slow moving but have long durations so it evens it out easy to dodge but not so easy once you are inside his abilities.
Passive:Tempest's Awakening: When Ventus hits an enemy(or enemies) with his abilities they get a debuff that causes basic attacks to deal more damage by a percentage of his AP. Once hit by the first basic attack from any ally all consecutive basic attacks only get 50% of the extra damage.
Q:Eye of the Wind:Ventus opens his third eye, The Eye of the Wind and fires an orb of pure wind that will knock everyone back from where it has landed dealing damage and a knock up effect if u are inside of the orb landing area.(Note there are two circles one the size of an anivia stun that knocks up everyone inside and a second circle about 150-250(You guys can change that)above the first circle that will push everyone away from it
W:Tempest's Strike:(Name is a work in progress) Tempest charges up a wind blast that pushes back enemies if Ventus decides to use it instantly he will only move the enemies back a bit but if he charges it then he will push them back up to 100% more.
E:Eye of the Hurricane: Ventus opens his second eye creating a hurricane that moves forward to the position Ventus clicked on(Similar to anivia Q but without reactivation) when the elemental has reached the position it will stay there for the remaining of the duration slowing down anyone inside by a percent.(Increases size like a slow galio taunt)
ULT:Tempest's Eye:Ventus unleashes his Eye of the Tempest creating a hurricane in the area (the size of a pantheon ult at level 1 increases in size with larger levels) pulling champions towards the center in the beginning after the first phase is finished then Ventus gets a boost of movespeed and everyone still inside the eye(around the size of an anivia circle increases with size per level) gets stunned after 1.5 seconds in the center.(Note that if the enemy walks out of the hurricane eye and gets pulled back into it they will be stunned again.)
