[CCOS] January Entry Cap lowered!

For anyone not keeping an eye on the January CCOS entry page here's a bit of news. We're already up to 10 (........wait, no 11 now) entries! And that's awesome!

A significant portion of these concept entries are thick with info, lore, complex kits and character traits galore. Which is even better!

However, the judges for the CCOS are only human. And with school/college and general work things their time is already pressed. As such, I'm moving the hard-cap of the entries to 25 this month.

I may be lowering the cap even more next month to make the task of judging less Herculean. But at the end of the day this gives you even less time to enter before you're turned away!!! Go go go go go!
