Can Viktor have no new skins for a year?

Can viktor have no new skins for a year I was just thinking about how much I don't want Viktor to get any new skins and, maybe with some community support, we can ensure that it doesn't happen for 365 days! Has anyone else thought about this?

I mean, I'm not saying Viktor can never have a new skin. I'm perfectly okay with him getting new skins! It's just that he should wait for an arbitrary and completely unwarranted amount of time, pre-specified without proper justification and starting from this very moment.

I can't possibly be alone, here. Tell me I'm not alone. This is very important to me.
